delightful apartment, in a lovely quiet area near to the university and to many shops and restaurants. it's much bigger than the photos make it look, and is a beautiful building with high ceilings and airy spacious rooms. the host is also really great and quickly answered all our questions and let us change check-in-out plans on the fly. strongly recommend this place!

What more can I say about Elfriede (Elfi) and her husband? The most cheerful, friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts we could have possibly asked for. Even though we were only staying a single night for a wedding they went out of their way to make us comfortable, and even gave us a ride back to the station (with a local sightseeing tour!) afterwards. Their house is absolutely gorgeous and full of character. We definitely regret not staying longer! Highly recommended.

It's also great for transportation: a bus stop 1 minute away on foot, and your own car can be parked in a safe place next to the entrance. Carina is an attentive and helpful host, open to any questions and respond quickly. I highly recommend their home to anyone who wants to experience the hustle and bustle of Graz, but want to return home to a calm, small-town environment for the evening.

This was my second stay here and again the apartment was great. Plenty of space, has all the basics, and check-in was very easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Matthias Airbnb apartment! The apartment was clean, very well equipped with everything you could need and cozy. We especially liked the balcony with a beautiful view of Graz. Matthias was a great host, responsive to any questions I had and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-tree. Perfect stay from the beginning to end. Peaceful area close to everything by foot or bike. Apartment was large enough for our family with a crawling baby and a cat. Additionally, the back yard offered space to safely park a car, bikes and a stroller. We all enjoyed full equipment, toys, books and garden with a tomcat and hens. Claudia and her husband were always friendly and helpful even beyond their duties. We miss the place already and will be happy to come back again 😊

A very beautiful house. It is located in a very relaxed place between mountains and forest. The town is very small and there are no stores nearby to buy some food (we forgot the oil) but the host left us some oil for our stay. A very nice!

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

We used the stay as a stopover during our trip to Croatia. The beds were neatly made and everything was well cleaned.

Viktor was very welcoming and the communication was smooth. His apartment is spacious and located just next to the university. I stayed 10 days and would surely be happy to stay again next time I will be in Graz.

For us, the stay at Simon & Yanet's place was very suitable. A pleasant, large room with kitchen, cozy bed and plenty of free space. The apartment has plenty of storage space for your own luggage, is pleasantly warm (winter) and in no way overloaded. We loved the harmonious details such as colored glass balls in the windows at this place. In the immediate vicinity the Kunsthaus, a bakery and the Bad zur Sonne with wellness area, the old town is a 5-minute walk away... Perfectly!

Milena's place leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is spacious, kitchen, bathroom and living area are very well equipped. Due to the backyard location, it was very quiet even with the proximity to the center. You can easily find a parking space in the vicinity, which can be used for free from 20:00 to 9:00. Sights, good restaurants and nightlife are abundant in Graz. Milena is very likeable and available for information at any time. We felt completely comfortable. Highly recommended!

Located in a very nice district of Graz. Green, quiet but still within walking distance of everything. The apartment was very clean and conveniently furnished. We will be happy to come back.

Excellent apartment in the best area in Graz. Close to multiple cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as a green market a block away. Less than 5 minute walk to old town. Will definitely see if it's available when we come back to Graz.

We felt at home. Especially the huge covered balcony with the spacious seating was a real highlight. A criterion for choosing this apartment was also the elevator. Everything was great and clean and the kitchen very well equipped. Thank you. I'd love to come back next time.
