delightful apartment, in a lovely quiet area near to the university and to many shops and restaurants. it's much bigger than the photos make it look, and is a beautiful building with high ceilings and airy spacious rooms. the host is also really great and quickly answered all our questions and let us change check-in-out plans on the fly. strongly recommend this place!

What more can I say about Elfriede (Elfi) and her husband? The most cheerful, friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts we could have possibly asked for. Even though we were only staying a single night for a wedding they went out of their way to make us comfortable, and even gave us a ride back to the station (with a local sightseeing tour!) afterwards. Their house is absolutely gorgeous and full of character. We definitely regret not staying longer! Highly recommended.

A szálláshely azt nyújtja, amit a hirdetésben és a képeken ígér: nagyon kellemes, jó elrendezésű, tiszta és tökéletesen felszerelt, csendes környéken található lakást, aminek az értékét a nagy terasz is emeli. Közlekedési szempontból is szuper: buszmegálló gyalog 1 percre, a saját autó pedig biztonságos helyen parkolhat a bejárat mellett. Carina figyelmes és segítőkész házigazda, bármilyen kérdésre nyitott és gyorsan válaszol. Jó szívvel ajánlom az otthonát mindazoknak, akik belekóstolnának Graz forgatagába, de szeretnének estére egy nyugodt, kisvárosi környezetbe hazatérni.

Es war alles bestens. Ruhige Lage, leicht Parkplatz zu finden. Die Wohnung war gross und praktisch. Bequemes Bett. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt.

Прекрасные апартаменты. Интерьер красивый, книги, музыка, много предметов в квартире интересных. Местоположение очень удачное. Терраса великолепная. Ну и звон колоколов из соседней церкви дополняет шарм этого места. Всем рекомендую!

Ich war nur 1 Nacht in der Wohnung aber ich werde sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wie in der Beschreibung ist die Wohnung sehr hell sauber und gemütlich. Check in ist unkompliziert rasch erfolgt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeberin

We had a wonderful stay at Matthias Airbnb apartment! The apartment was clean, very well equipped with everything you could need and cozy. We especially liked the balcony with a beautiful view of Graz. Matthias was a great host, responsive to any questions I had and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-tree. Claudias Wohnung ist in einer herrlichen Wohngegend zwischen viel Grün, Villen und herrschaftlichen Häusern am Ruckerlberg. Wunderbar und schön ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das Bad ist prima sauber und modern mit großer Dusche. Insgesamt hatten wir zu zweit reisend üppig Platz. Da Graz ein sehr strenges Parkregime hat, ist es empfehlenswert, das Auto für den Weg in die Innenstadt nicht zu benutzen. Denn in der Stadt sind die Parkplätze rar und teuer. Von der Wohnung kommt man in 10 min zur Straßenbahn. Dort ist auch gleich ein Bäcker/Cafe von Martin Auer. Hier waren wir frühstücken. Herrliches Angebot! Und reichlich Personal. Wer in die Innenstadt laufen möchte, muss nochmal 10 min investieren. Aber der Fußweg lohnt sich. Rundum eine sehr gute Wahl.

Una casa muy bonita. Esta ubicado en un lugar entre montañas y bosque muy relajado. El pueblo es muy pequeño y no hay tiendas cerca para comprar algo de alimentos (se nos olvido el aceite) pero la anfitriona nos dejo un poco de aceite para nuestra estancia. Muy agradable!

Ich habe mich dort gleich zuhause gefühlt. Reinhart war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ich werde dort eine weitere Woche buchen! Für SiFi Geeks ein muss bei einem Graz Aufenthalt 😁

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

Rene’s place is great and the host responds and helps you as much as possible! No complaints at all! It’s a very interesting set up with the inside to the apartment complex being gated and covered. Beds are good and kitchen is stocked. The only thing to be aware of is the only shower is located at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor. I had my dad with me who is 85 so he struggled with that, but unless you’re traveling with someone with age or a disability it won’t be a problem!

Viktor was very welcoming and the communication was smooth. His apartment is spacious and located just next to the university. I stayed 10 days and would surely be happy to stay again next time I will be in Graz.

Die Unterkunft ist für uns perfekt. Sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es ist in der Nähe zur Auster und mit der Straßenbahn Nr. 1 ist man in wenigen Stationen in der Innenstadt. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Simon & Yanet's Unterkunft sehr passend. Ein angenehmer, grosser Raum mit Küche, wohligem Bett und viel freiem Raum. Die Wohnung hat viel Stauraum für das eigene Gepäck, ist angenehm warm (Winter) und in keiner Weise überladen. Stimmige Details wie farbige Glaskugeln in den Fenstern haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr gefallen. In unmittelbarer Nähe das Kunsthaus, eine Bäckerei und das Bad zur Sonne mit Wellnessbereich, die Altstadt liegt 5 Gehminuten entfernt... Perfekt.

Die Unterkunft von Milena lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Apartment ist geräumig, Küche, Bad und Wohnbereich sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die Hinterhoflage war es trotz der Nähe zum Zentrum sehr ruhig. Man findet in der nahen Umgebung leicht einen Parkplatz, den man von 20:00 bis 9:00 kostenlos nutzen kann. Sehenswürdigkeiten, gute Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten sind ja in Graz reichlich vorhanden. Milena ist sehr sympathisch und jederzeit für Information erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil von Graz. Grün, ruhig aber trotzdem alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent apartment in the best area in Graz. Close to multiple cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as a green market a block away. Less than 5 minute walk to old town. Will definitely see if it's available when we come back to Graz.

Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonders der riesige überdachte Balkon mit den großräumigen Sitzgelegenheiten war ein echtes Highlight. Ein Kriterium für die Wahl auf diese Wohnung war auch der Lift. Alles war top in Ordnung und sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank. Gerne nächstes Mal wieder.

Alles war großartig. Von Anfang bis Ende. :) Heike ist ein toller Gastgeber. Unsere Mitarbeiter, die hier übernachtet haben, waren wirklich glücklich und haben ihren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
