Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Outdoor terrace and barbecue. Chickens (in their own area) right at the property. Feel free to bring them all your leftovers. With some luck you can discover deer in the early morning or evening on the meadow in front. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. Swing and trampoline on the property.

It is elevated, off a lightly traveled road, in an idyllic, quiet valley with horses, wildlife and small forests. Not far away is a small wooden house where I live and adjacent is an orchard for snacking. Everything is DIY, with a lot of love and simplicity and has alpine hut flair. Graz center 17 km and a lovely natural pond just 3 km away.
