Country house with pool, unique location

The vacation home is divided into three separately divided apartments, each of which has a bathroom, toilet, air conditioning, kitchen, terrace, a separate entrance and access to the pool. The apartments can be rented individually, or the whole house. In this listing, the entire property of 180 m² is rented for a maximum of 10 people. Completed in 2020, the Schilcher residence offers modern comforts for up to 8 guests on approx. 150 square meters of living space and incomparable distant views. 2 terraces and 1 balcony are additionally available, in the basement with direct access to the garden. Amenities such as a tiled stove with panoramic window, a barbecue on the terrace or spacious outdoor lounge furniture allow our guests to have a pleasant stay.
