Die 2020 fertiggestellte Schilcher-Residenz bietet auf ca. 150 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche modernen Komfort für bis zu 8 Gäste und einen unvergleichlichen Fernblick. 2 Terrassen und 1 Balkon stehen zusätzlich zur Verfügung, im Untergeschoß mit direktem Zugang zum Garten. Ausstattungsmerkmale wie ein Kachelofen mit Panoramafenster, eine Grillmöglichkeit auf der Terrasse oder großzügige Outdoor-Loungemöbel ermöglichen unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Das Ferienhaus ist in drei getrennt aufgeteilte Apartments unterteilt, von dem jedes Bad, WC, Klimaanlage, Küche, Terrasse, einen getrennten Eingang und Zugang zum Pool hat. Die Apartments können einzeln, oder das ganze Haus gemietet werden. In diesem Inserat wird die gesamte Unterkunft für mit 180 m2 für maximal 10 Personen vermietet.
