The house is quiet and surrounded by nature, but only a 7 min drive from city center. It consists of a big living room & kitchen, entry and bathroom on the ground floor, a master bedroom, 2nd bedroom (with bunk bed for kids, but also usable by adults) and bathroom on 2nd floor. There are also another bedroom with infrared sauna and bathroom in the basement. The best part however, are the garden with terrace, fire pit, trampoline, the balcony and the big roof terrace overlong the hills of Graz.

In the kitchen are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, Bookcase with lots of games, even for children. TV, radio Children up to 12 years old have a 20% discount

A very stylish house with 3 rooms and space for 6 people. Approx. 5 km from the city center of Deutschlandsberg and 35 km from the capital of Graz. There are many sights such as the DLBG Castle or Kitzeck wine-growing area, etc. It should also be noted that a fee of €1.50 per adult (guest)/night is to be paid on site. The garage and basement are not part of the rental. The garage and basement are privately used by us.
