Gorgeous, clean and very comfortable apartment close to everything. communication with Brigit Maria was flowless. Will definitely come back.

We appreciated the equipped kitchen. The environment is quiet, pleasant, with easy parking. We would have appreciated cleaner air conditioning, but we were in May so didn't necessarily need it.

Michaela was very friendly and welcoming. Her home was lovely and we felt very safe. She was easy to communicate with and overall it was lovely.

We spent a whole summer in this lovely apartment, and we had such a good time. Petra and Kurt were exceptionally generous and we appreciate it very much. We felt so at home that we were sad to leave. The house itself is clean, tidy and organized and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bed and pull-out sofa were very comfortable, the shower is spacious and the water flow is perfect. Very close to the house there are beautiful walking/biking trails. Thank you so much, Kurt and Petra, for a wonderful summer.

We had a great time in Neira's apartment! It is tastefully furnished, comfortable and quiet. We felt like home. Very convenient for parking. And in 15 minutes on foot you can get downtown. Neira is a nice and responsive host. Highly recommended!

The flat is perfect! Cozy, very quiet and with everything needed. I felt very comfortable I found the distance by car to the castle school in St. Georgen to be good. I'd love to come back.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment was absolutely wonderful. The entire family loved both the space and the peaceful surroundings. One of the highlights was the bakery just next door, offering fresh, warm bread every morning for a perfect start to the day. The host was exceptional: incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive with clear and thoughtful instructions. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed getaway.

Great stay , positive host we had a good time!

Great Formula 1 weekend with friends. Communication with Wilfried regarding various questions was very pleasant, good and clear. Upon arrival we were surprised by the size of the house, the layout and great location. The house is equipped with all the comforts, including good wifi. There is also really everything from coffee cups (Nespresso) to soda, water, and own white wine in good hospitality refrigerator. (wine, water, and soda, of course, for a fee) Coffee cups themselves. On the day of departure, at our request, despite the fact that they are normally closed this day, a very generous breakfast was served. Top. The Schweinzger family still knows what real hospitality means.

Had a super nice weekend at Bettina's place. We felt right at home. The kitchen is very modern and more than fully equipped. The bathroom is also very nice and large. We particularly liked the private garden with grill and fire bowl:)

Spacious house with plenty of space and spacious rooms. Very good beds, bedroom with shutters. Kitchen equipped with utensils, albeit a little older. Very, very quiet! Beautiful surroundings. A big thank you for a great stay and a special thank you to the neighbor who allowed our children to feed and pet the rabbits. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Manuel's place. He was an incredibly caring and helpful host who went out of his way to make sure that we had a great holiday. There was so much to see and do in the local area, a week didn't do it justice. Absolutely spot on location for exploring Southern Styria. We hope to return soon.

We had 4 wonderful days with Bernhard and Wolfgang. We would have liked to extend our stay. The small Austragshäusl was renovated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the entrance area there was a board with our name and a welcome gift (honey, oil and eggs from our own production). The perfectly equipped kitchen invites you to cook, the living room is just like in the photos and the large well-furnished terrace invites you to laze around. We immediately felt comfortable in this house. It was also perfect for our dog. We had such great conversations with Wolfgang and Bernhard. Thanks for all the great tips. We'll be back for sure.

As always everything was great. Totally recommend!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment for four nights. It has everything you need for a short visit. The location close to the university was great for us because quiet yet well connected to the city center. Communication with host Markus was excellent before, during and after the visit. We would love to come back at any time if you visit Graz again.

Selma was very attentive and showed us the phentouse at 21:00 in the evening and handed us the key it was all very clean and there was everything we needed inside,she was very friendly and her husband as well as she was very easy to contact and always wrote back. I will 100% book the apartment again, the hot tub was also very nice, I can only recommend it ☺️😍
