Vacation rentals with a patio in Graz

The place is centrally located on Entenplatz. From there, the city center with its many possibilities can be reached quickly. Restaurants, cafes, wine bars and pubs, all within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. The small balcony to the backyard is cozy for two people. Martina is reachable and with the key box you can quickly get into the apartment. A great place to stay to explore Graz.

Dragana was a great host, accommodating, with good tips and helpful instructions for check-in and parking. The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 children). Great location and spotlessly clean.

Great location by the park. Clean and spacious with an outdoor garden area. Designed in a minimalist way. Had everything we needed in terms of kitchen appliances, incl. coffeemaker and dishwasher. They even offered a bike, which we didn't end up using but we thought it was a nice touch. Also it rained a lot during our stay so we were very thankful for the provided umbrellas!

Everything perfect - we'll be happy to come back :-)!

Everything perfect, as described

Very nice contact both online and in person, everything as described, very clean, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, great view from the balcony over a beautiful garden, parking right in front of the house, we were very satisfied and thank our hosts very much😃!

Great stay, location was easy to get into the old centre of Graz, 5 mins walk to tram stop. Supermarket across the road. Apartment was well furnished with lots of nice touches. As we're on a road trip it was great to have a washing machine to use. Lovely comfy bed. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

The stay was great. The accommodation met the expectations exactly and the hosts were always available. Michaela also provided a crib and a high chair for our children. The incredibly spacious garden is a dream, especially with children. Due to the many trees and shrubs, there is probably enough shade even in the middle of summer. The location is also great. The Zotter Chocolate Factory, Riegersburg and Styressic Park can be reached in 7-15 minutes by car. By bike, you can reach the main square in 10 minutes - but due to a current construction site, you have to ride over the big bridge (bike path next to the road). Thank you for the great time :)

Everything is great ! Easy and fast communication for questions. Very friendly and accommodating people ! The house is an absolute dream in terms of furnishings, style and location, to relax and unwind. Highly recommended.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

One of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very clean, has everything a person might need (we even found a blender to make some milkshakes). The view from the house is amazing and we were especially happy to watch the cows who came by every day. Christine was super friendly and very helpful when we tried to find the place in the dark. Overall an amazing stay to get away from the city.

Really cozy, wonderful house. Plenty of space for 4 people. A great quiet place where you can relax and recharge your batteries☺️! The rooms look like the photos, all very nicely made. Absolutely recommended!

Spacious house with plenty of space and spacious rooms. Very good beds, bedroom with shutters. Kitchen equipped with utensils, albeit a little older. Very, very quiet! Beautiful surroundings. A big thank you for a great stay and a special thank you to the neighbor who allowed our children to feed and pet the rabbits. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with the two of us and our dog for 6 nights in Maximilian's house. Everything was fine and sparkling clean! There was a voucher with all the information about the house (e.g. for the garbage disposal). The garden is also used by Maximilian and his girlfriend, but our dog was just allowed to sniff around all day. The hosts were very sweet to our dog. Nice! Nice base for a nature holiday in combination with visiting Graz! We definitely recommend the house, also with a larger group!

Fantastic accommodation in the historic center of Graz. Everything in the apartment is clean and functional. The host is pleasant, flexible and communicative.

Main square/center within about 15 minutes walking distance, grocery and drugstore in less than 10 minutes - great location! Very large and beautiful apartment that corresponded exactly to what the photos promised. Kitchen amenities were perfect. The communication with David worked very well, the apartment was ready to move in 1 hour before the official check in. Great that there is an espresso machine and we could start the short vacation with an espresso on the balcony. We highly recommend David and his apartment!

Ingrid’s place is ideal for us, a family traveling together. The apartment provides everything thing you need in daily life. We are especially impressed by Ingrid’s thoughtful welcome: preparing breakfast elements in the fridge (we arrive late and no time for grocery shopping) and giving clear instructions for parking. All items provideed in the apartment are of top quality. We like everything.

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

We are loving this space! This year we were already here for the second time in a row, great apartment, great location, the roof terrace is just beautiful and Markus super sweet, reliable and accommodating. 13/10 stars!
