Mi familia y yo necesitábamos unos días de descanso y tanto los anfitriones como el apartamento fueron los aliados perfectos. Una maravilla de vistas desde la terraza y de piso, coinciden las fotos y la descripción. La ubicación es perfecta, a sólo dos pasos del mar. Manuel y Marian estuvieron en contacto en todo momento ante cualquier duda. Sin duda alguna repetiremos!

Amparo is great host! She welcome you right at the start and give you proper tour of the house. Apart from great location ( 1min to the beach ) I really appreciate sense of hospitality and little details I found in her place. From extra clean towels to the spare toothbrush, cotton pads, shower gels to the fully equipped kitchen even with various selections of coffee or teas, fresh bread, milk and butter. Also beach chairs, umbrella and even balls for playing. This really shows how much she care about her guests and how much wants them to feel at easy once they arrive. Definitely recommend and cannot wait to be back again with my family 🙏🏻

Mon mari, moi-même ainsi que nos 5 petits enfants avons passé 3 semaines en juillet chez Ralph. Un vrai bonheur. L'endroit est paradisiaque : un immense jardin arboré, des sculptures superbes, une piscine de 50 m2, 3 chambres individuelles pouvant accueillir 10 personnes avec salle de bain et wc privatifs. Un grand espace ombragé où nous avons pris nos repas, il ne manque rien dans la cuisine. Il y a de nombreux transats. Toute la maison et le jardin sont extrêmement propres, très bien entretenus. Quant à nos hôtes Ralph et Hannesse, ils sont très très sympathiques, prévenants, à l'écoute. Tout est parfait. La preuve est que nous y retournons l'été prochain. Véronique

Tanto María como su madre nos acogieron muy bien. El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos y el aire acondicionado funciona a la perfección, algo que se agradece bastante. También destacar lo limpio que estaba el apartamento. Un placer pasar uno días en Jávea! ☺️

Ha sido una estancia increíble! La casa es muy bonita, en una zona preciosa, y con todo lo que se puede necesitar. Usamos la barbacoa y estuvo genial. Aun así, lo mejor ha sido el anfitrión, Álex, que ha estado muy atento y ante cualquier duda, respondía en el momento. Nos hemos sentido como en casa!!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

This lovely villa is in a very quiet location, with easy access to restaurants and supermarkets just 5 mins drive. Was the perfect location for my extended family - we absolutely loved the swimming pool area and the big garden. There was a few walking paths around the house and particularly beautiful the one up at the view point where are the Molinas. The house is as it looks in the pictures: beautiful kitchen with all you need for cooking, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, high quality towels and bed linen. Sandra is very responsive and was flexible with the check in and the check out. We loved our stay - highly recommended!

Wow - what a villa. Stunningly decorated and a wonderful setting. The kitchen was the best I’ve used in a villa and the pool and outside space were just beautiful. Alvaro was simply the best host - super helpful, with great local recommendations. We had 10 there in the first week and 8 in the second and it always felt spacious. Can’t recommend the villa more really. We’ll be back!!
