Vacation rentals with a patio in Grassau

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Michael's place for a few days and felt super comfortable. We were received in a very friendly and uncomplicated manner and always had the opportunity to ask if there was anything else we needed. The apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard and the kitchen has more utensils than some homes. In rainy weather it was very cozy and in sunshine we could enjoy the spacious balcony. The location is perfect: very quiet despite the proximity to the highway and train station and the view goes directly into the countryside. All in all, Michael and his family are great hosts and I recommend the Forsthaussuite without reservation! We say THANK YOU and see you soon 😃

Nice apartment. Proper amenities and groceries available as well as laundry detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher. The village is beautiful and the view from the balcony is incredible. Please note: apartment on the 4th floor without elevator. May be difficult for some people. Note: Specify where to dispose of the glass.

Great apartment, access to hiking trails and the Predigtstuhlbahn a few minutes away. Bad Reichenhall Kirchberg train station and Bad Reichenhall city center are also within walking distance (depending on the destination 10-20 minutes). The ascent to the apartment building is quite steep if you arrive without a car, but in principle feasible. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a short vacation, the pool on the ground floor is an absolute highlight.

We had a very nice time at Hartmut's on Lake Simsee. We liked the apartment very much right away: especially the great wooden floor in the living room and the history of the house. Our son loved exploring every room. The balcony invites you to linger at any time of day and in any weather. The environment is perfect for swimming, hiking and enjoying. Communication with Hartmut was easy and fast; just like check-in. We would come back anytime for a relaxing break.

What a lovely place to stay! Anna was lovely and extremely friendly and made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying here and would also love to stay again!

We spent an extended weekend in this beautiful and modern accommodation and felt completely comfortable. The absolute highlight was the indoor pool – in the rather bad weather, it was just the thing to still create a holiday feeling. The water temperature was constantly between 31 and 34 degrees, which made swimming particularly pleasant. The house was very clean. Mariola was very friendly and accommodating. She offered and provided us with a mobile crib, which we greatly appreciated. The sauna in the basement was also great, it needs a little while to get really warm, but if you have a little patience, it will be a really nice sauna experience. Due to the size of the sauna, several people can relax at the same time. Unfortunately, we couldn't really use the outdoor pool due to the weather, but in better weather this would certainly have been a highlight. All in all, a very nice stay.

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

This was the most beautiful and best-equipped accommodation I've ever been to. Beautifully and lovingly furnished with great "extras" such as beautiful hand cream, etc. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun and slowly start the day - a dream. Anja gave us great tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

We (4 gentlemen) were in Ruhpolding for an extended weekend of hiking. The place was an optimal size for the 4 of us. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, we hadn't really thought about the width of the sofa bed, so it was a bit tight for 2 of us. Instead of reacting according to the motto "bad luck", the two of them directly remedied the situation and brought about a solution. Totally super and absolutely not a matter of course!! 😍 You could always count on getting a prompt response to any questions. The communication and organization in general was super relaxed and reliable. All in all a great place with great hosts!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly equipped, so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable vacation! We will be happy to come back.

Visiting Bavaria for a family road trip, we had a great time at Anna's place. The accommodation was clean, perfectly equipped and located in a very quiet environment. Ideal for relaxation after a good hike. Would highly recommend!

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace…there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us very nicely. We'd come back any time if we were on vacation in the Rosenheim area!

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

The accommodation, in typical Bavarian style, has been able to charm us very much: in a quiet, green residential neighborhood in the immediate vicinity of the Chiemsee, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay present, neat and spacious for 2 people. Clear instructions, a smooth written contact with the host, a folder full of tourist information and a small welcome gift made our arrival all the more pleasant. The apartment in Chieming was the ideal base for us to explore the region and to make day trips to Munich, Salzburg, Königssee, … We had a top week there!

Felix's place was as described. The location is really super close to Lake Chiemsee, but you can also quickly reach beautiful areas in the mountains by car. Ideal for an active holiday with a dog.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

simone was very kind and the neighborhood was great and quiet! a cafe! a fantastic restaurant! an ice cream shop! AND A beautiful florist within 1 minute walking distance from the house!

Really nice apartment. Just like in the photos. A mix of modern and traditional. We felt right at home. Very good amenities. Especially great is the terrace with garden, so we could always eat outside, just like at home in summer. Really nice. Everything very clean. The train station of Aschau is a 5-minute walk away. With the guest card, which was prepared in the apartment, we could take the train to Prien and from there had great connection to other places. The bikes could be taken away for free. Really great. So we were able to do without our car a few times. Really good. So, we had a very nice vacation . We can highly recommend Jaana and Sebastian's apartment. We have already thought about coming to Lake Chiemsee in autumn or spring. The apartment would certainly also be great.
