During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

It is about 1.5 km to the town center, 3 km to the small swimming lake near Grassau and around 15 km to Lake Chiemsee. Numerous hiking trails start directly behind the house. The Chiemgau is also a paradise for cycling tours. Families are attracted to the nearby fairy tale park for a visit.

My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
