You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The Kampenwand cable car is a 5-minute walk and the mountaineering village of Sachrang is a few minutes by car! Relax and enjoy mountain views on your sun balcony. Snuggle into the cozy box-spring bed or relax in the sauna with a large relaxation room!

Living comfort as in an apartment, as the room was a one-room apartment in the 1960s. After loving renovation, you enter it via a staircase on the 1st floor. It has a spacious shower room. The room has a double bed (160x200), 50 inch FullHD TV (incl. Prime) and 3D Blu ray player, as well as a small fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishes, incl. Coffee and various teas. Parking is right in front of our Haus.

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

The spacious corner balcony with mountain views is suitable for extended breakfasts and dinners.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
