You will stay in the middle of the countryside. From the property you can start a nice hike directly to the local mountain of the "Kampenwand" or You can simply enjoy Lake Chiemsee, which you can reach in 10 minutes (by car) or 15 minutes (by bike). From there you can take the ferry to the Fraueninsel (Women's Island) & Herreninsel (Men's Island). For romantics & horse lovers we offer carriage rides. Parties are not allowed with us as we live in the same house. We are looking forward to welcoming you for a relaxing vacation.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Ins Ortszentrum mit Supermarkt sind es ca. 2 km, zum kleinen Reifinger Badesee in Grassau knapp 3 km, zum Wössner See knapp 5 km, zum Chiemsee rund 12 km. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Die Hochplattenbahn (Zweier-Sessellift) ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Chiemgau ist zudem ein Paradies für Radtouren.
