Rural idyll in summer swimming in the Walchsee and countless hikes or mountain biking in the beautiful Kaiserwinkl, as well as ski touring, skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. In Walchsee as well as in Kaiserwinkl there is a variety of regional inns, restaurants and also shops for everyday needs... And trips to Kitzbühel, Kufstein, Innsbruck or Salzburg...

House of Encounters at Lake Chiemsee

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Farm holidays, apartment betw. mountains and lake

The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Open, welcoming & visually separated. The large light-filled living and sleeping area invites you to. In the living area there are two couches which can be converted into a sofa bed at any time. Thus, there are FOUR sleeping places available. The large balcony with loungers and umbrella offers a magnificent alpine panorama over the rooftops from Grassau to the Hochplatte.

Beautiful bright basement apartment with large separate mountain view terrace and entrance.The apartment is lovingly furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.Start point for many cycling and hiking trails and not far from Lake Chiemsee!
