The apartment has parking space for a large car at a cost of €20 per day. In the area we will find other public car parks. This apartment is located on a private housing estate. The property has concierge service from 8 am to 1 pm and from 5 pm to 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm. The basic rules of respect, coexistence and noise must be complied with not to disturb or be disturbed, either inside the apartment or in the common areas of the property. Modern apartment fully equipped with nice terrace and swimming pool. Close to Plaça Espanya / Montjuic. The public transport connections from the appartement are very good. The next Metro Stop (Espanya) is about 100m away from the appartment. Many buses just stop in the square.And you will never have a problem to get a taxi in a few seconds. The bus to the airport is just close to the building The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants, museums, ATMs and one big mall (Las Arenas).
