Located on a calm street in Sävedalen you will find this lovely apartment. The accommodation consists of two floors with a total of 5 rooms. Level 2 with two bedrooms and one living room. The loft consists of a big kitchen and living room with nice light. It also includes a large fresh bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom. There is garden access. Proximity to Delsjönsen's outdoor area and a swimming area at Härlandatjärn. 12 minutes by bus to Gothenburg C and there is a tram from Östra Sjukhuset to Liseberg/Avenyn.

Welcome to our guest house with a sauna just a couple of hundred meters from the ocean. Here you have a really cosy place with plenty of hikes and close to the ocean. Here you also find a small beach and rocks to bath from. Ryskärjsfjorden is famous for its kayaking and also on the winter for its ice skating (when it gets cold). Its 30 km till Gothenburg and 24 km to Marstrand (9 km with boat) (beautiful summer island). Newly refurbished small guesthouse with room for up to four people.

The house sleeps 30 m2, high ceilings, 1 sleeping loft, fireplace, bathroom, washing machine, kitchen, underfloor heating, patio and a large lovely garden with room for barbecue and hanging in the hammock among the apple trees. The decor is rustic and sometimes we use the house as a studio. Nature reserves, cliffs and oceans just around the corner and also a grocery store and inn 5 min away.

Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
