Huset har alla bekvämligheter och tillgång till trädgården. Det är nära till badplats och kommunikationer. Busshållplats till ligger ett stenkast från huset och det tar en knapp halvtimma med direktbuss till centralstationen. Huset har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng. I vardagsrummet finns också en dubbelsäng.
