An accommodation for those who wish to stay on an island but still with proximity and ease to Gothenburg. Free car ferry takes you easily here and into central Gothenburg. Fotö belongs to Öckerö Municipality consisting of ten islands, with proximity to the sea as a matter of course. From Fotö, you can reach the other nine islands, either by bridge or ferry. You also have proximity to grocery store, shopping, restaurants about 3 km from Fotö.

Small cabin with fully-equipped kitchen and daybed for two. The cottage has a patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture. We also have bicycles to borrow. The cottage is a three minute walk from the nearest grocery store (Hemköp). If you walk a few meters to, you end up in Klåva harbor where there are shopping opportunities and a good selection of restaurants and cafes. The cottage is located 3 minutes bike path to a beach where there is a pier, beach and cliffs. Hönö offers several beautiful swimming areas around the entire island.

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, put on your bathrobe, and walk down to the lake to take a swim. Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike or a trip with our canoe. There are plenty of lakes to walk around or fish in. If it's too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car, or you can take the bus, which is 5 minutes away. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. Here you live right by the water just a stone's throw from the harbor, on the quiet and idyllic Kalvsund in Gothenburg's northern archipelago, the southernmost part of Bohuslän. Our beautiful island is a real archipelago idyll. There are no cars here, just houses, small marinas, walking paths, our famous lighthouse, Bohuslän cliffs and saltwater swimming at one of our nice swimming areas. Still, it is easy and easy to get to central Gothenburg by public transport with everything the city has to offer.

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You.
