The area is a bit alternative in an "up and coming" industrial area with local breweries, art galleries, street art and urban gardens. A total of 140 sqm benefits on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and large open dining area for 8 people. An outdoor seating area with lounge furniture and barbecue. The house is also a private residence with personal belongings

Sjöstugan

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

It's a fresh, light and warm apartment in a cosy neightbornhood, and very close to the city center. There are trams and busses just a few hundred meters away. There is parking spot reserved for you. There is a garden area for you, if the sunny weathers allows for a "Fika" outside. It is possible to borrow our barbeque as well.
