Newly renovated and modern loft apartment of ~50 sq m (2 rooms and kitchen) with a separate entrance to the apartment. The attic apartment is located in a 70's brick villa inside a quiet dead-end street in the nice area of Tolered/Krabbeliderna at Central Hisingen. Proximity to natural areas such as Hisingsparken and Svartemossen. 300 meters to the nearest bus stop, which takes you to the popular Backaplan (Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen); from there, you can continue into central Gothenburg by bus and tram in ~10 minutes.

This special place is close to everything. There is a private patio in a secluded courtyard in the middle of the lively neighborhood Linné where you have the city's best restaurants just around the corner. The area has a great cultural offer and very good communications with tram junction within 300 meters and 15-minute walk to the city center or Slottskogen. The apartment is newly built and has all the amenities you can expect, such as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, double bed and sofa bed (both 160 cm).

Nyrenoverad vackert premium boende i 20-tals hus. Området är lummigt men ändå nära puls och restauranger. Lägenheten ligger på första planet i ett gammalt vackert två-familjshus med egen entré. Finns endast ett sovrum med dubbelsäng som går att stänga men finns en sovalkov med en singelsäng (se foto). Går även att ordna tillfällig uppblåsbar madrass, barnsäng alt bädda i soffan som är stor (se foto). Närhet till restauranger, mataffärer, Slottskogen etc. Spårvagnshållplats ca 100 m från huset.

Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Big apartment close to city center and Volvo Penta

It's a fresh, light and warm apartment in a cosy neightbornhood, and very close to the city center. There are trams and busses just a few hundred meters away. There is parking spot reserved for you. There is a garden area for you, if the sunny weathers allows for a "Fika" outside. It is possible to borrow our barbeque as well. Centrum - 8 minuts with tram Nightlife- 10 minuts with tram Shopping - 5 minuts with tram Park - 10 minutes walk Foodstore - 2 minuts with tram. Welcome!

Welcome up to the sixth floor, and a warm welcome to a smart, square home with a completely unique design and a shared roof terrace. (Temporarily closed) In Gothenburg, Tredje Långgatan is known for its vibrant culture, shop, bar, and restaurant life. Here you are also close to nature in Slottsskogen and the Botanical Garden. By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these start from Stenpiren, 5 min away. Welcome!
