I stayed for four months at the guesthouse and had a wonderful time there. The house was equipped with everything I needed during my stay, and there was regular public transport towards the centre of Mölndal and Gothenburg (or a short walk to Mölndal). There were also some very nice nature areas nearby and Tina gave me some great recommendations for places to visit. Tina and her family were very friendly and made me feel welcome, and they always helped me when I had questions.

Good stay about 19 km below Gothenburg. We had brought the bikes and there is a very nice bike path to Gothenburg partly via the coastline. You can also take the bus, the nearest stop is in zone B. The next stop in zone A, which yields a noticeably cheaper ticket. With the app Vasttrafik to go you can easily buy bus tickets. With these bus tickets you can also go on the ferry to the southern islands. Best to buy a day ticket zone A. There are good quiet bike paths everywhere as well. To Kungsbacka etc. The cottage itself has everything you need and is very quiet.

Paradise on earth - nothing less. For us who came for peace, fishing trips, hiking and time, it couldn't be better.

Elin’s place is a nature’s heaven. Right in the middle of the island will get you everywhere within few minutes walking. Elin is super attentive and provided lots of details about the island. We could’t be happier! We hope to come back :)

Lovely little rustic cottage next to Martina's home. We had no issues, and she came by with extra firewood when we asked about using the woodstove. Only thing of note was that the mini-fridge is quite noisy when it kicks on, in case you are also noise-sensitive like me. But the surroundings were quite quiet and calm. You do have to push pretty strong to make sure the door shuts and locks properly. Otherwise, exactly as described, very comfortable and cozy. The island is lovely, very walkable & low-key, with lots of nature around. Would definitely return here if available!

We had a fantastic stay! From here you can visit Gothenburg and then when you return to the cottage you will come home to a lovely warm space. Recommended for everyone!

We are super satisfied with our stay at Mats'! Came to Gothenburg to go to Håkan Hellström and if you are looking for walking distance to everything, this may not fit perfectly, but for us who did not mind staying a bit from the city, it was perfect. Taking a taxi into the city center/ullevi took 10 minutes and it was incredibly affordable. Beautiful house and garden, a nice balcony to sit on when the sun came out. The cottage was small but really had everything you could wish for. Mats contacted us well in advance of our stay with clear instructions and was always quick to respond. Highly recommend to anyone looking to go to Gothenburg but still have some peace and quiet 🥰

Clean, nice and cozy accommodation in a quiet place with forest and lake. Nice amenities, patio and an extra plus for the gas grill.

Peaceful seaside get-a-way location 30 minutes from Gothenburg! We stayed at Jonas’s place for 4 weeks. Can’t say enough what a great experience! I particularly enjoyed the outdoor stance of the house and there’re beautiful seasides to walk/bike to in the beautiful Särö.

For someone that is looking for a break from the hustle and bustle, this was the perfect choice for the two nights that I had available. I honestly would have spent more time if that would have fit with my schedule due to the quiet and peaceful location. Getting to the cottage was really easy with clear instructions from the host. You do need to be aware of the ferry times as the one to the south has fewer sailings per day. There was a grocery store on the island for food options. It was the offseason, so some of the places that you see listed weren't open this early. I enjoyed the nature reserve for a few hours on the day that I arrived and that was nice for birdwatching. I will say that I was quite fortunate with the weather and didn't have so much as a cloud in the sky the entire time. Do enjoy some of the other islands on the archipelago, they are all unique and nice to walk around. It was nice to have no cars on the island, it really does keep things pleasant and quiet.

What a wonderful place Linnea and Oskar have created! This cabin is just a dream! Stylish, cozy and beautifully located. Gothenburg is just a short drive away with plenty of great restaurants, cafes and other activities. We wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful month-long stay in this cozy, newly-built house in Näset. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The surroundings were stunning, with easy access to a beautiful harbor and coastline. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful coastal getaway.

My daughter and two friends stayed one week at Charlotte's house, and they really feel at home. They had a lovely experience: went sightseeing the whole day, except when it rained, when they stayed home watching TV and relaxing. The place was pretty, comfy and they were able to do groceries close by and cooked as they wanted. Charlotte was very helpful and friendly. They had a great time, and I would certainly recommend the place

The accommodation is beautifully situated in the forest and has a lovely and peaceful atmosphere. Magnus and Neshat gave us a warm welcome and gave us lots of tips. The apartment is very lovingly and thoughtfully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

We stayed a week in the small cottage of Ylva and Stephan. The apartment is fully equipped. We didn't miss anything. Ylva and Stephan greeted us personally and explained and showed us everything about the apartment. We were provided with tips for activities and restaurants nearby. Ylva and Stephan were always available and open to a personal conversation. We highly recommend the accommodation and hosts. If we take another trip to this area, we will be happy to come back.
