In 10 minutes, you can walk to Sahlgrenska Hospital or the Botanical Garden. In Änggården you can enjoy beautiful nature, a running track/barbecue area/outdoor gym. If you continue via Botaniska into Slottsskogen, you will then come to all of Linnègatan's restaurants and watering holes. The bus is about 2-3 minutes away and several buses take you directly to Avenyn in 9 minutes and the Central Station in 20 minutes.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. In the living room, there is also a double bed.
