Monthly Rentals in Gonakal

We really had a wonderful stay in Milan Farm. A well maintained super clean house.The property owner Mr Atula Rao had always been supportive and courteous. He took care of us in through manners. The daily breakfasts were wholesome and very earthy. Love to recommend others for a stay there.

This place is nothing but another home. It has everything one needs especially if you're traveling with a kiddo. Outstanding thing has been about Nishith been really accomodating and is flexible with check-ins and check-outs. The home is at a uphill road but easily accessible. It has a kitchen with all the utensils and basic groceries one would need but if someone's not in a mood to cook, they would have to travel a km to a close by restaurant or grocery store. The house can easily accommodate 6-7 people and is right beside a coffee plantation. There's a dedicated car parking available inside the premises. The only sour point that I felt and it's easily fixable is there's only 1 water geyser for a bathroom. The other one runs on cold water. It will be a bit difficult when there's a full-house in a rainy or winter season.

Good peaceful stay. Very well spacious flat, maintained nicely and clean. Bhargav has been super responsive always. Definitely would recommend friends to visit this place.
