I come out here for work trips and always hope Michael's apartments are available. They are incredibly convenient and comfortable for longer stays, especially if you like to cook at home! It is tucked away and peaceful but also above a great market with beautiful food and close proximity to downtown Solvang. I appreciate how communicative and accommodating Michael has been each time I stayed. Thanks Michael!

This little gem was exactly what we needed for our weekend. Walking in, we felt welcomed in a bright open space with a great kitchen (+all the accoutrements we needed), a peaceful patio (lovely at night with the ambient lighting), and a super comfy bed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Me and my family booked Kevin’s home for a week. I was in town for work at the ports. The home was amazing. Comfortable, full of all the necessary things we needed. The jacuzzi, and game room , were definitely the highlight of this home ! Kevin checked up on us actively and was an amazing host. This place has everything. Kitchen, laundry and 2 bedroom. Thank you Kevin! If I ever get a chance I’ll be right back!

We had a magnificent time in this forested/Jungle escape. While it’s about a mile to main drag of Linden Street, you’re surrounded by acres upon acres of a forested area. The pictures do not do the property justice. The Hosts’ were super proactive and responsive. We definitely want to come back and I really did not want to leave this paradise!

This was a great, comfortable space that was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The hosts offered clear communication, and thoughtful touches like a list of restaurants posted by the back door entrance. The bedrooms had little room aside from the beds themselves, but they were very comfortable— having one en suite bathroom and one with a bathroom just steps from its door was great. The living area was small, but functional and cozy. It felt like the hosts chose things like throw blankets and furniture for real living— as if curated from their favorite stays elsewhere— rather than just to be photogenic. Hotel-like touches of shampoo and such made it feel like the guest experience was really valued. The upstairs area was absolutely perfect for kids who can safely climb the steep staircase and anyone wanting a hideaway. The only issues were a slightly musty smell upstairs and a fragrance diffuser in the kitchen that was overpowering. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot & gracious hosts. I personally have always loved the Mesa neighborhood so was super happy with location within walking distance to both park/ocean as well as the main shopping center up there. Quiet & well-appointed studio with sweet private patio, great kitchen & bathroom. Nice decorative touches & immaculately clean.
