What a stunning property! We had a fantastic stay at Villa Sogno. The location is beautiful, serene, and very walkable. Highly recommend!

I got sick on the way to LA and Stayed with Jennifer almost for week - her hospitality was more than i could ask for. When she went to the town, she asked if i need any groceries or wanna order food - she picked up lunch for me - will recommend her to any one who wants to have cabin experience and piece of mind:)

We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and spacious. The hot tub was a wonderful feature! Peaceful location. Our guests were gracious and responsive . We would love to return here.

Just what we needed, convenient, reasonably priced, great communication!

The studio was so cozy and so thoughtfully put together. I was really happy with how roomy it was since my partner and I were traveling with our dog. After exploring all day, we were always excited to head back to the studio to relax. The outdoor area also has a little table with barstools which we loved sitting at for breakfast. This is also so close to downtown Carpinteria and the beach. I highly recommend this spot!!

A secret garden. Looked and smelled beautiful. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. I definitely recommend for guests looking for a serene getaway.

Check in was so smoothly. Bess was clear with instructions and the space was so cozy! We felt at home in the space.

Great for a short stay! Toby was easy to get in touch with. King bed was very comfortable. Pullout mattress could use replacing but was okay for my teen. Home was very clean which is always appreciated!

We loved our stay! This was a quiet, peaceful spot with a beautiful view. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching all the unique birds! The place was spotless (and I work in hospitality so I notice things haha)! Sarah provided everything we could have needed, even down to coffee beans for the espresso machine! Sarah was quick to respond and lovely to talk to! The Airbnb was ready earlier than 4, and she let us know right away that we could come early if we wanted to! We appreciated the good communication and really felt cared for! Check in and check out were super easy, also! Next time we’re in the area, we’ll stay here if it’s available!!

I stayed at Blaine's place for a solo pre-Mother's Day getaway and it was magical! I come up to the area once a year around this time and usually I stay at a hotel in Santa Barbara. This time, I decided to explore Montecito and do an airbnb and Blaine's place stood out. It was the perfect location and size with great amenities. Blaine was also very responsive when I reached out for local recommendations (outside of the extensive guidebook she put together). I would love to stay here again on my next trip up!

A spectacular location in the Montecito hills with views of the beautiful mountains. Super quiet with stars at night , no overhead jets or helicopters [ I'm from LA ] and an easy drive from Montecito village. The only drawback is the low [ 4 1/2' ] ceiling in the bed area which can be seen in the photo's , but any reasonably nimble person can handle it . Small but cozy with great outdoor space and excellent TV.

We just returned home from our stay at Jonathan's for the weekend. Everything was great! Place was extremely clean, very quiet and had everything that you could possibly need. Everything was just as described and Jonathan is very quick to respond to any and all questions. I have stayed at numerous Airbnb's in the past and this one is better than most. I highly recommend and would stay here again in the future. Thank you Jonathan for being a great host!

Great place and location! Lovely setting, peaceful, relaxing. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Quality bed and linens. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay and would have extended but the property was booked. I will very likely stay here again. For the value, I have not found anything comparable in the central area of Santa Barbara. Everything I wanted was within 2 miles, including Whole Goods and Gold’s gym. The hosts were quick to respond to my questions and the property was very clean. It had everything listed (well equipped) plus a full size washer and dryer. The space and the appliances are not shared which is a bonus. The private patio was nice and I used it frequently. Finally, the unit has air conditioning which is not common for comparable properties.

We were in the area for a wedding weekend at Robler’s Winery and Mattei’s Tavern. Todd’s place was a quick drive from both venues and also close to Solvang. The cleaning crew was leaving as we arrived and it was spotless. This guest house is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and we woke up to birdsong both days. The bath/shower is a bit awkward to bathe in but when we had a question for Todd about the shower, he immediately called us back with clarification.

We loved our stay at Mr. Perera’s unit in Goleta. The apartment is located within 10 minutes of beaches, UCSB campus, shopping in Goleta, and 15-20 minutes from SB downtown and restaurants. The apartment is super clean, well stocked kitchen, backyard - ideal to enjoy the outdoors. The apartment has two parking spaces. Laximan is also very responsible. He bought a new coffee machine within 30 minutes after we told him the old one was broken. Enjoyed our conversation a lot on kids. We would love to stay here again for my kid’s graduation.

Patricia was a wonderful host - gracious and responsive. The space was peaceful and light. It's in a great neighborhood close to everything and within easy walking distance of the beach - incredible! I loved my stay and will be back!

Jeff’s place had all the amenities one would ever need for a short stay. It was very well designed & super clean. The location is quiet & peaceful. And Jeff’s proactive communication was helpful.

Very much enjoyed our stay here! The spot was a great space for us while in town for a family wedding as it was quiet and peaceful, yet very close to shops/restaurants for meeting up with our family. The space was very clean and quiet! The host provided information on how to find the door to the unit, which was very helpful as we probably would have struggled to find the door without that information. Additionally, there is lots of street parking, but we just had to be mindful of where we were parking since we were there during school days.

A beautiful area to stay in Santa Barbara. Liv’s place is thoughtfully arranged for comfort, privacy and inspirational decor. It’s as lovely as the pictures suggest. And Liv is a kind, responsive host. Everything we needed initially was walkable. Downtown now accessible via beautiful pillared underpass. Harbour, Funk town and pier also walkable. Other attractions such as Butterfly beach, The Mission and Hendry’s restaurant on the beach, only a short drive away. Plenty of room to manoeuvre in the flat….and it was a joy to be there. I think you’ll really like Liv’s Blue Heron home!

A Santa Barbara gem! This hilltop hideaway has gorgeous views of the city and ocean, but is only 10-15 minutes at most from anything you want to do. It is spacious and includes great outdoor space, private and quiet in a lovely neighborhood. The hosts are friendly and gracious, easy to communicate with. We would definitely return!
