Next to a natural butterfly preserve. A short walk through the eucalyptus trees brings you to the bluffs overlooking Ellwood Beach and the Pacific Ocean! Feels like a private beach as used almost exclusively by this neighborhood. Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
