Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Enjoy our landscaped garden with pool, hot tub, pergola, BBQ, and firepit. 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, 10 from UCSB, and 5 from the nearest beach (there are several to choose from within 20 minutes).
