superb home. very peaceful place close to Nantes, the Hellfest site and Puy du Fou... not easy to access for people with reduced mobility. the beds are not suitable for people of large stature. very pleasant stay and very responsive host. we will not hesitate to recommend it to our loved ones.

Very good stay with Alain and Anne Sophie who are proactive and welcoming hosts. The accommodation matches the description in every way and the glowing reviews from guests are well deserved. In short, we will gladly return to Alain and Anne Sophie's if the opportunity arises.

Spacious, pleasant and quiet house. Beautiful walk along the river. Host available anytime. We had a lovely stay. Puy du Fou is 25 minutes by car and easy to access.

An exceptional family stay at Baptistin's cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both children and adults, various games, indoor pool and relaxing on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, a must! A warm welcome and detailed showing of this beautifully restored house. Everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay and the decor is so impressive. A private and peaceful house and garden, down a country lane, but close to a village. Myriam is on hand quickly to deal with any small issues that occur. Convenient for the Loire valley and the coast. We enjoyed our 10 day stay.

A perfect stay! The accommodation is impeccable: impeccably clean, quiet, well arranged and very comfortable. It immediately felt good. Dominique and his wife's welcome was great: warm, available and attentive. A place to keep in mind, I recommend it without so much as a second thought!

I was lucky to manage to grab a long weekend with my husband in Isabelle's slice of paradise in Nantes. She was a wonderful and kind host, I asked for some local recommendations for restaurants and she came back very quickly with a variety of suggestions at various prices. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the very private courtyard and swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend staying if you get the chance.

Great stay in Nantes at this place. Friendly and accommodating host for the arrival time, the place was clean and functional. The building is a bit noisy and poorly insulated, however.

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.
