Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The house is located on the banks of Sèvre Nantaise at the foot of Tiffauges Castle. We rent out part of our house that we have made independent. We are a 10-minute drive to Clisson (a small picturesque town with Italian architecture that hosts the Hellfest Festival every year), 30 minutes to Puy du Fou Park, 50 minutes to Nantes and 1 hour 10 minutes to Les Sables d'Olonne. There are many hikes to do in the area as we are very close to the banks of Sèvre!
