The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

It matched, just right, very good condominium, kind and polite staff, very nice apartment, everything working well. Covered parking space, children had a lot of fun, 20 minutes walk to the beach of the fort. Everything went very well.

A very nice place to stay. It has very clean and tidy common areas, the environment is very beautiful and quiet. The staff at the place are very nice, always very friendly and helpful at all times. Also add that it is in a very good location, close to beaches, shops and a supermarket. Grateful for this stay and I recommend it to those who want to have a nice vacation.

My stay was amazing, super clean place and with everything we needed to use inside the apartment. For those seeking tranquility, it is the ideal place, there is no disturbance, noise or anything like that. Good to take a child because it has a soccer field, playground, game room and the pool that is super clean and beautiful. I will certainly come back other times because the place, besides being beautiful, gives us a sense of peace.

Clean, organized accommodation, has all the necessary utensils, quality bedding and towels, TV with Netflix in the living room and in the bedroom, very cozy. It's a wonderful place to vacation. 150 meters from Manghinhos beach, a beach with warm water and few people. The center is easily reached by Uber. The same as the other beaches, although I recommend going to Rua das Pedras and from there taking a taxi boat to other beaches, it's more fun. The accommodation is a few blocks away from supermarkets, so it was better for me to order by phone from the TANTO supermarket, which is more expensive but you get everything right away. The house is beautiful, well decorated, with a garden, a table in the patio, a grill, two showers... we were very comfortable. The condo is super safe, quiet, comfortable. The pool is beautiful, the game room too... The truth is, it's a luxury! I would definitely come back when I visit Buzios again and I hope that will be soon! Stay with confidence that you won't regret it. Cleanliness in general EXCELLENT. Down to the last cup... Very grateful for the host's attention, always attentive and willing to help! THANK YOU!

very good apartment, everything very clean and organized.. we were just kind of frustrated because it says in the description beach view and since we don't know the place we thought it was a beach for bathing and it's not.. actually the correct term would be view of a Lagoon (very beautiful by the way) but other than that everything is very good

Luiza was a great host, we had a problem with the bedding and she resolved it promptly. She was super flexible with our check-in and check-out. Which helps a lot when traveling with children. The apartment is in a safe condominium near the Cabo Frio canal. It has a playground and a swimming pool. We only missed air conditioning in the living room where the sofa bed is located. As there were mattresses available, our children slept in the room with us in the air-conditioning. Another observation is that it does not have a drinking water filter. So bring a bottle of mineral water.

Beautiful place. I loved the location, super quiet and away from the crowd. If you are looking for a quiet area, no noise and without many people it is definitely perfect. It is very close to the beach and a shopping mall, but I also recommend driving for convenience. The apartment is a 10, it is small but super cozy and with everything you need. The only thing to keep in mind would be the water, you can't choose the temperature, in the shower it comes out a little hot only. And to wash the dishes the same. You can't choose either colder or warmer. Everything else was excellent .

Rafael is a great host. Very attentive! The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very organized and clean. The house has a lovely sea view. The condominium is great, very safe especially for children. Quiet beach practically private. Our stay was wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful vacation in Ricardo's house, the house is just like the photos posted and even more beautiful. Very spacious and enjoyable. We hire the service of Verónica and auxiliary who cooked very tasty dishes and took care of keeping the house clean so that our holidays are complete!
