Há mezanino com um sofá cama, salas de estar e jantar, uma aconchegante cozinha americana com fogão em forma de ilha, 2 varandas e um terraço que dá para um maravilhoso jardim. São 3 vagas de garagem.O condomínio é maravilhoso! Há uma enorme piscina com deck molhado e raia para natação.
