I loved my stay with Mr. Saul and Mrs. Esmeni! Super kind, kind, and helpful people. Always ready to help with whatever was needed. The house is cute, very clean and organized. For those looking for privacy and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Arraial is the place to be! It is also close and easy to go to any sights there. Also the perfect location: it is close to the beach (by the way beautiful), the lagoon and essential shops. I highly recommend it! Great value for money and the hosts are smores! I will come back for sure 🙂

We are from Buenos Aires, Argentina. We stayed 12 days in this wonderful place. Guy and Myrian are two very loving people. Communication was excellent, they were always very well prepared to help us with everything. The place is located in an unbeatable and very quiet area. If they are nature lovers and are looking for a place to rest, this is without a doubt. Nearby there are very good places to eat and it is about a 10 minute walk from Rua das Pedras. The room has everything you need for a great stay. The cleanliness, impeccable. Everything was perfect. We 100% recommend this place. Thank you for everything! We'll be back! Nani and Ivan.

I stayed with my family for a week and it was an excellent experience. The place is comfortable and functional, with spaces to enjoy and share. The environment is pleasant and quiet, full of vegetation and the pool is a space to enjoy and relax. Vanussa is friendly, attentive and always willing to answer your questions and help with whatever you need, which makes your stay undoubtedly more personal and enjoyable. The location of the house is ideal as you can get anywhere in the city quickly using transportation, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We definitely recommend staying at Ecco House, it's an excellent opportunity to enjoy and rest on your vacation!

Super cozy space, host extremely concerned about our well-being, all the household utensils working perfectly well, the children loved the space intended for them. Our stay was perfect thanks to our amazing host! She went above and beyond in every way - when I needed an urgent vaccination and the hospital was closed, she called numerous places to help us find a solution. Her dedication and care were exceptional and truly saved our trip. The apartment itself was wonderful - excellent location, spacious, large, and pleasant with a genuine homey feeling. We felt comfortable from the first moment. We are very grateful for the special hospitality and all the help. Because of her, our experience far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

There is nothing like waking up and seeing the sea, the fishing boats, opening the panoramic glass doors and feeling the cool breeze in the morning, before the sun starts to warm up and it is the ideal time to enjoy the best beaches. Back in the evening, walk down the private entrance surrounded by beautiful greenery, see the lights in the distance on the peninsula, walk on the deck and fall asleep listening to the ocean waves crash below the house. It is impossible for me to describe how well it made me discover and stay in Hanns's studio, I spent 5 days that turned out to be one of the most comforting in recent years, thanks to the magic that this accommodation possesses, where everything is thought of, good taste and practicality, I had the pleasure of meeting its creator and owner, of whom I take the best memories and I can only thank him for letting me spend my vacations in that incredible place. I will return as soon as possible.

Tania was a great host and the house was amazing. Beautiful house with a pool up the hill that got a great breeze to stay cool! Very close to shops and beaches, perfect location. Would highly recommend and stay again!

The stay was wonderful. The flat is close to the Peró shopping mall and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Camila is a dedicated,generous and very attentive host. The flat is very special; very cozy space,cleaning, shower, mattress, note 10. Camila, wait for us, we will return, thank you for your affection.

Victor and Jessi's apartment makes you feel right at home. It's cozy and homely. We love to spend time in the quincho eating looking at the lawn. Victor greeted us warmly and recommended places to go according to the sunrise and sunset, which allowed us to better organize than beaches go every day. We would visit your place in Buzios again, without hesitation 💜

I loved the accommodation. Near downtown, in the car about 15 minutes, there is a Mc Donalds and a gas station practically on the street, a well-structured and safe place. I recommend it.

If I could give more than 5 stars… I would definitely give… Stay was very quiet, cozy atmosphere, clean and calm. Everything is in perfect condition. Mr. Rosa, it's wonderful, she was very thoughtful, caring, and helpful. Loved the ambiance, will come back more times for sure🥰 I highly recommend the Phoenix space! It was the best stay my family and I have ever had.

the loft is exactly the same as in the pictures , everything working perfectly including the hydro that is a super positive point. I read in other comments that it had no air conditioning but now has what helped a lot. Host would respond promptly. the Local is quiet street very narrow , on foot you can go to bakeries and groceries. 3 min drive from mc donalds de buzios and venancio that is 24 hours .
