We traveled with family to the house and it was 4 super enjoyable nights. The condominium is well located, near the Portico, a safe place, with a great swimming pool and sauna. I would like to highlight Dona Rose, a great person that the house counts. Always willing to help, leave the house clean, coffee ready and until lunch. A super person is good and attentive to the needs of the guests. Guilherme was an attentive host who answered us promptly. Sure, we'll be back. Inside the condo, in front of the house, you can get two vehicles to park, with peace of mind. The house is large, cozy and even better than in the photos (which are already great, by the way). I highly recommend it to everyone!

We enjoyed a beautiful two night stay at Roseli's gorgeous house. Everything was very organised, super clean and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed swimming in the spotless pool and netflix at night and we loved the outdoor area. The house is equipped with everything we needed. There are many special little touches to the house and you can tell a lot of care and consideration is put into it. We loved it and would stay again if we ever come back!

It was the best rental we've ever been on Airbnb! I highly recommend, Glaucia super helpful, responds quickly, the house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos! We were very delighted and wanting to live in the house so beautiful and cozy! The adults turned children in the house, even pique hides we did! The accommodations are very good and also comfortable, the air freezes well and everything clean too! We had no problem with anything at all. It has a nearby corner market and it is also a 10 minute drive to the beach of the pero, what a lovely and beautiful beach! It is beach for surfing, pulls a little water, but you can have a lot of fun! We'll definitely be back soon!🙏

The house and as in the photos,we arrived two days after the scheduled date because one of the cars gave a little problem on the road,and Eliane was worried all the time sending msg to know if we were good,the house is great for large families, it served us well,we were in 6 adults and 4 children,the condominium and super quiet.

Gustavo's place is very good, comfortable and clean. The nearby beaches surprised me, I didn't know it, I liked it very much! Communication with Gustavo was great. We'll be back for sure!

The house is small but cozy and very well equipped. The well located condominium is close to the beach. It has a very nice pool. Samuel (janitor) was always very attentive and polite, as well as the Luzia (owner) who always served us very well. It was a very nice stay and I recommend.

My family and I settled in perfectly at Rodrigo's house, which is exactly as he described it. We thought the location was very good, as it is as if the house were in the middle of everything, beaches and commerce, being a 7-minute drive from Dunas do Peró, an amazing place! It was great to rest in the house pool when we returned from the beaches and we also used the barbecue for 2 days. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for everything. The house is divine, super comfortable, an incredible view, the location is 100 points, we walked every day to Rua das pedras, Cida was a sweetheart, she was super attentive, in short, super RECOMMENDED!

Our fourth visit to Buzios, and after trying pousadas, central apartments, etc.; we found everything we were looking for in this accommodation. Spacious, ideal for children, either by the pool or the games in the park. Unbeatable location, two blocks from the main avenue and four from the right side of Geriba (spacious beach without much turmoil even in season), supermarkets nearby. The condominium staff is friendly and attentive. The house is equipped for all kinds of stays and we really appreciate the thoughtful touch of having fresh water when we arrived! Highly recommended.

The stay was great, the host is excellent and the communication with him is pleasant and helpful! The apartment is in a prime location, 5 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants area. We had a great time and would recommend!

Good location also in relation to services such as market, bakery, pharmacy and shopping peró. Clean and organized apartment. Always very available for information and any help we needed.
