During my stay with my family at Luciana's place we felt right at home, it was a super complete place, well organized and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, and also close to the center, we could walk there. It is an accessible place and close to everything. Luciana was very helpful and pleasant, she communicated with us at all times.

The host responded very quickly from the start. About the room, it exceeds expectations, resort and room are very high quality.

The house is excellent, very cozy and well decorated! Close to the beach! The condominium is very quiet, a wonderful silence! We will definitely come back more often! I have nothing to complain about!

We went to Buzios for 5 nights with our 2 year old son. Despite being a two-story accommodation it was reasonably safe for a very young child (although logically you have to be on the stairs). The construction and equipment are well thought out and are of a very good quality. Both bathrooms down and above are a plus of comfort. It's conveniently located and quite quiet. Analia was always handy and attentive. Absolutely recommended.

The location is formidable, right on the sand. There were three of us and we were very comfortable. The kitchen is very complete, clean accommodations, comfortable bed. I'll be back for sure!

The place is beautiful just like the photos, very cozy and comfortable. It is located in a quiet and residential area, only 5 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras and only 3 minutes from Praia Brava. It is very nice to be surrounded by the green of the plants and to be accompanied by the kittens and dogs of the place. Louie was a very good host, she helped us with everything we needed and would definitely come back to this stay in case of visiting Búzios again.

Great place to stay in Buzios, it is 40 minutes by car from any beach, whether in Buzios or Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. Next to the house there is a market that is open 24 hours, sometimes there is a lot of music and noise, but for those who don't care about that, it's a great place.

My stay with my family was perfect, we felt at home. It is exactly like the ad, a quiet and ideal environment for relaxing, the condominium is wonderful and has extremely polite and very helpful staff. Márcia e Marco have been incredible since before the reservation, always helpful, committed to helping and very polite. Our holiday could not be better, even with rain, we managed to have a lot of fun and enjoy everything, everyone has loved and is already looking forward to the next trip, which by the way, already want the same destination. All I have to say is thank you for everything. Also stand out for the housekeeping service that can be performed every day since requested, I had never stayed at home with this service. We don't need it, but I found a differential to further care for space

A very nice place, great value for money, very quiet and beautiful. We took our 1-year-and-4-month-old baby, he loved it, had room to play, take a pool bath and run across the lawn. The hosts are very friendly and pleasant. We have nothing to complain about, we'll be back for sure.

Excellent accommodation, the house is even more beautiful in person, well located, you can walk to Peró beach. Marcelle was very kind and flexible regarding check-in and checkout. I recommend hosting with closed eyes!

An incredible home, with an amazing view, and warm and friendly owners. The home and view are even better than the photos! It was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay and we felt very taken care of. The spacious outdoor areas and layout of the home made it easy to share with the owners and other guests. The beach is close and easy to get to and the location is also close to Buzios and all it has to offer. We would love to visit again!
