The house is very good, being well equipped with household utensils and electronic appliances. Both rooms have a TV and air-conditioning. The only problem we had was that some neighbors thought my family and I were making a lot of noise, when in fact it was other neighbors. However, Livia resolved the situation.

An excellent place to stay in Buzios, especially for couples. It is as it appears in the photos, a clean place and everything in good condition. The location is very good and quiet. Fernanda is very friendly and attentive, and is very willing to help. You can get around with Uber for the rest of the places and the beach. We went to Rua das Pedras and practically to almost all the beaches of Buzios, and the most we waited in the car was 15 minutes. Geriba beach is a 13-minute walk and a 3-minute walk from Porto do Barra, the best sunset in Buzios.

The house is what appears in the advertisement, very well furnished, with all the kitchenware that a person may need for a good stay, the pool area and barbecue is very good, a caveat for the size of the pool, it could be a little bigger, very quiet neighborhood, internet works very well, the conditioned air of the house worked perfectly, we found the house very clean, finally the host is super attentive, always responding to whatt sap and calls, was flexible at check out, super recommend the house, when possible I will return!!!

A very comfortable house, it had been years since I slept until after 6:00 a.m. and on the nights I spent there I couldn't wake up before 7:00 a.m.🤣… Very comfortable beds, everything very clean and smelling good, the front area is wonderful, you can walk to the beach🏖️… Very quiet neighborhood … It's worth the experience, I'm already counting the days to return again.

The house is located in a quiet area, 500 meters from the beautiful Geribá beach, from there by Uber you can reach all the other beaches without problems, there is no supermarket nearby so to stock up it is advisable to do so when you go for a walk downtown. The house is beautiful, with a real capacity for approximately 8 people, it is very decorated, you can see love in every detail. It has everything for cooking, absolutely all kinds of utensils. My family and I had a great time with all the comforts of home, and it is highly recommended for a super good stay in Buzios. As points of improvement, it would be good to add a microwave to the house, a faucet to wash your feet when you come back from the beach so you don't dirty the floor, and to consider changing the mattresses in the future for thicker ones that provide better rest for the back. However, the house is in excellent condition to have a great time, and Mauricio is a super friendly and approachable person.

If we could give a note, my family and I would score 1000. Beginning with the hosts, who are excellent and super helpful people, they have helped us in everything we need and put us totally at ease. The house is wonderful, beautiful, airy, comfortable, and very well located, very close to the center and some of the city's main beaches, with nearby bakeries and groceries as well. The place is very quiet and the surrounding streets are very safe. Our stay was perfect, it exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, we highly recommend!
