Very comfortable house, foot in the sand and easy to access. The beach seemed to be ours alone! Communication with the hosts was excellent — they served us very well whenever we need to. I and my family will definitely be back!

I stayed with my family and friends at the 2025 carnival. We think the house is excellent! We had a great stay. Very close to the beach, which is great! Constant attention to the house. I was served in everything I requested. .Good space for 8 to 10 people. As an opportunity for improvement, they should put a shower in the pool area, even so as not to get dirty with sand in the house, coming from the beach or taking a bath without soiling the pool. I found a key item missing from the house. There is also no sink or structure next to the barbecue. To wash something you have to enter the house or else go to the kitchen entrance to wash anything. But still I highly recommend the stay! Get all shopping because it's a bit far from markets. Little commerce nearby...

Both the residence and the complex are very well maintained. It's very comfortable and functional. And the location is ideal for exploring the beaches and being close to Rua das Pedras.

The house is very nice and comfortable for families, with access to the beach, which makes it ideal for traveling with older adults and children. For us, that made the difference. It has a very well-equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking for many. Although the beach has strong waves some days, it is very spacious and quiet. There was only one appliance that did not work (Pava to heat water), which was reported to the tenant and we did not receive a response to the message, which was read by him. It is a house that we recommend, it was ideal for us as we are a large family with a variety of ages.

Amazing our stay at the casita! In a very quiet neighborhood and super close to the center rua das pras, ideal for those who want to be close to the center but in a quiet neighborhood. It has a patio that gives it the plus to leave the beach clothes and be able to extend the towels. Guests responded to all our enquiries and always very friendly We shall be back A big greeting

Juan Carlo’s place is amazing! So much more spacious and beautiful than even the pictures can capture. The pool was the highlight! It was also very easy and quick to get to the beach. Juan Carlo was communicative and friendly before and during the entire trip. Buzios is a gorgeous town and this was the perfect place to experience it.

Beautiful accommodation! In a central area. Walk to Azeda Beach, Two Bears and Azedinha. It is on Orla Bardot which is a beautiful street for walking and Hai a few metros la Rua das pedras. The accommodation is very comfortable, with all the comforts for cooking, air conditioning and a balcony that overlooks the beach that is a dream for every morning. Guto and all the staff were very friendly and excellent hosts, attentive to every detail. Definitely would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Large and spacious house ! Very comfortable, all the air conditioners were working perfectly, kitchen with all the necessary utensils, very refreshing and super clean pool. Great location, away from the city's muvuca and with several shops nearby and with affordable prices. New and comfortable mattresses. Nothing to complain about, the house is great !

Mr Tony and his wife are spectacular hosts. Literally makes us comfortable and makes us feel at home. We travel with an elderly woman, a child and a dog. Measuring everyone's joy is unspeakable! The breakfast in the backyard admiring the birds; the wonderful pool and the barbecue for a family lunch doesn't make you want to explore the area. What a passage is sensational!!! Beautiful and nearby beaches. Mr. Tony gave us great tips and very kindly even guided us. The only bad part is having to come away..rs Five Stars is Little! Guest House deserves a CONSTELLATION!!! GRATITUDE!!!

If it looks beautiful in the photos, it is even more beautiful in person. It is a wonderful house, each space is designed to give you a wonderful stay. Everything in Villa Atlantis is perfect. Ruken is a beautiful person, she has a lot of light, and her home is full of good energy. I spent a few days of great peace and happiness. Everything is accessible, you have bars and restaurants just a few steps away, but we still preferred to enjoy the house, it has access to the beach, and everything is equipped to make your stay unique. We went to family and everyone liked it very much. The house is very charming and comfortable. The helpers Joice and Luciane are super well educated and cook well. I know Búzios well and I really like Manguinhos, the beach is calm, the water is not cold and it is never full of people. Anyway, it was super worth it and we'll be back for sure! The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Gustavo's space is exactly as shown in the photos, a very nice house, right on the beach, perfect for spending the holiday with my teenage son and his friends. I am very pleased and would definitely come back.

A very good condominium, very quiet place, the view is amazing and easy to get around for the various places and buzios beaches (by car or taxi) Special mention for Terezinha , the lady who if needed can help with cooking and grooming. She is in an extraordinary good attitude

It was really being at home, everything was incredible and just as it appeared in the photos. It was an unforgettable week and Carmen was largely helpful for her home so welcoming and her kindness to us. I recommend it 100% and hope to be back in that dream spot.

We loved this beautiful house and its surroundings. Such a peaceful location! The house is very big and comfortable, the pool was great, the barbecue area was extremely nice, the rooms are very comfortable. We loved everything! We also really liked the host and how responsive, helpful and proactive she was. She really made sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay there. She also recommended us a great cook/cleaner lady that made our stay even more relaxing and wonderful. We highly recommend this house and Mariaclara as your host for your next stay in Buzios.

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.
