Our stay at Francisco's place was great! The host showed very kindness, as did Chris who welcomed us very well. Communication with both was very easy and a highlight for us was the flexibility at check in. The building was impeccably clean and smelling, as was the bed linen. All very organized and the decoration with very refined details. The space is equipped with everything we need to be away from home. Another strong point for me is the fact that Francis offers bed and bath linens. The place is very quiet and very airy as it runs a gentle breeze night and day.

Excellent host. Extremely flexible, available and attentive. Highly educated. Apart location accessible to bakery, supermarket, beach.

For the cost x benefit is worth it. The Local is actually on the sea side and the condominium is very quiet. The apartment is good and has furniture in good condition, only has a slight smell of mold. There are some pots and a small stove that breaks the branch, but nothing that can really cook. Overall, it is well worth the stay, would go back to renting more often.

Hostess Dona Sônia is a wonderful, polite and very helpful lady from check-in to our checkout, always attentive and communicative, gave several tips of places for us to visit and walk around, on the way out super concerned about our departure, I loved the house, the place and the atmosphere were super nice. I will definitely be back !!!

The apartment has a family, a couple and up to three children well. It has a mattress, in case it is necessary to house anyone else. Pleasant condominium. It is very close to the beach and there are nearby food options, for those who do not want to go to the Búzios Center. I recommend it!

The place is just like the photos. Very spacious, with all the amenities you need for a vacation. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need and more, it is really very well equipped. The bed in the room is super comfortable, you can rest quite well. The house is a few blocks from Rua Las Pedras, so you can walk there in 5 minutes, and its location is ideal because it is on a street where there is no noise, it is a 1000/10. The location is privileged. Buzios is beautiful

Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it

The space is good are 3 bedrooms only 1 with air conditioning that freezes very well, 2 bathrooms, sits in a very quiet condominium the janitor is very helpful. There is a lot of commerce nearby is a square with at the end of the street, the beach is very close by. The kitchen has the basic items that cater well. But we had a problem with the refrigerator that was not freezing Simone called a technician, who made the adjustment. A good cost benefit.

Beautiful place. I loved the location, super quiet and away from the crowd. If you are looking for a quiet area, no noise and without many people it is definitely perfect. It is very close to the beach and a shopping mall, but I also recommend driving for convenience. The apartment is a 10, it is small but super cozy and with everything you need. The only thing to keep in mind would be the water, you can't choose the temperature, in the shower it comes out a little hot only. And to wash the dishes the same. You can't choose either colder or warmer. Everything else was excellent .
