We love the house, extremely organized, clean, furniture in great condition, with air conditioning that works, very safe, gate with padlock, car parking, atmosphere with barbecue and swimming pool that was always very clean at the disposal of the guests, it was a wonderful stay. Fully family-friendly environment. The location of the property is in an easily accessible street, close to the beach, calm, peaceful environment, conducive to rest and relaxation. 20 minutes (when traffic is normal) from dream beach and 30 minutes from pine tree beach and 40 minutes from Guarda do Embaú with access by BR 101. Excellent stay, your host Sergio was very Gentil and requested, quickly answered all the questions, making himself available, made the stay wonderful and special. I recommend it.

Extremely easy and flexible check-in. But the highlight is the location, close to everything, right in the center of Florianópolis.

Great accommodation, the place corresponds with the description and photos. We had a problem with the bus and we arrived 6:30 but the hostess was very kind and we had no problems with check in, house was super clean and all the appliances (microwave, fridge, fan, television...) worked right. Great cost-benefit, and it's still super close to the center and the beach!!

My stay was great, Keila and her husband were always available to assist us in something or give tips on what to do nearby, always very kind and attentive. Our shower gave us trouble and promptly fixed it. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a few days. It is very close to the beach and supermarkets, a nice and quiet neighborhood.

We were delighted with the beach of Barra do Ibiraquera, a lovely place, quiet, crystal clear waters, great for resting and enjoying nature. The location of Dani's guesthouse is in the centrinho, close to the beach, market and restorative. Hélio is an attentive, helpful person and the place was properly cleaned.

The stay was great! The super nice condominium, a cute one! Everything very clean and smelling! We felt at home! There is a hairdryer, this was certainly a plus that the girls loved hahah to host tbm super and careful! We will definitely want to repeat 😍

We had a great hosting! The apartment is very comfortable, ventilated, with a very large leisure area and very well equipped. Dickson and Rosineri are excellent hosts, they made us very comfortable, but whenever necessary they answered our questions. We'll be back for sure!

We love our stay! The perfect location with a view of the beach of Silveira is the differential. Clean, well-equipped environment and very kind hosts. We'll be back for sure!

Super well-equipped and comfortable home. We had days of fun and tranquility. A house full of character and ideal for those that likes to live experiences. The pool table was a show apart, we had the party. The colored lights and the brewery that kept the beverages cracking throughout our stay also deserve highlights. Lastly, we thank Fabio for being helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment! The living room is large and integrated into the kitchen, which generates a very cozy atmosphere to be among friends/family. The rooms are air-conditioned, just not in the living room. The location is very good! It has a great bakery practically on the same block of the property and also a huge square (for those with children it is perfect). The main street of the center is about three blocks away… great for walking as well. Matheus was super attentive, we recommend staying at this place !!!

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

Great spot in Centro Floripa

Apartment exactly as photos, super clean, family condominium and very safe. Excellent location, close to market, pharmacy, restaurants (walking distance), and of course, the beach. We loved the holiday, communication with Thiago was also great.

Super recommend! We stayed 4 days and were sensational, clean towels, linens clean everything, environment as is in the description! Fabíola let us in before the agreed time, and after tbm! It's worth it.
