To relax, in the outdoor area, there is a Jacuzzi, infinity pool and lounge overlooking the sea. On the second floor, three suites, one with jacuzzi with chromotherapy, plus two more comfortable dormitories and a full bathroom with a double sink. It should be remembered that , from all the rooms, one can contemplate the sea.

Beautiful and wide house (2700 ft²) by the sea in Ribeirão da Ilha District, the most preserved and traditional neighborhood of Florianópolis. 3 suites with queen, double, 2 single beds and baby crib. Air conditioning cold / hot in every room. HEATED POOL. Large living room with cable TV and internet, gourmet space with barbecue, wood burning stove and pizza oven. Te property is large, and has sea access, ideal for kayaking (available to guests). Place for an incredible family rest!

From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.

My space is a piece of paradise, facing the sea and within the Atlantic Forest. The Pedras Altas naturist area and the Pedras Altas Beach restaurant are 200 meters away. Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
