The apartment was spotless, everything you need is on hand. The owner was very nice and the location of the property is ideal. The condominium has a gym, pool and direct beach access which is quite quiet.

The house looked like a residence to live in. Good quality furniture, comfortable environment. I felt at home. Mr. Joaquim and his wife, super attentive, very friendly! I highly recommend it!

Stayed here for a month and had a great stay! Super well located in Novo Campeche and a short walk to the beach. Wifi worked great for working from home and I had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Fit exactly as in the photos, with everything we needed. Perfect for those who have pets, when we went they had more dogs in the building, which made us more relaxed about any barking. Balcony in the bedroom with a beautiful view! 2 km from the village beach, which is wonderful. Ideal place to rest, even at Christmas the beach was not crowded. I highly recommend it.

Second time I stay in Izabel's apartment and like always were incredible days on the guard. All the amenity needed to feel at home: great bed, great bath, air conditioning, full kitchen, super close to the center of the beach. Not to mention Izabel is very kind and loving. Super proactive and worried that the guest feels at home, so that whenever possible it eases including Checkin and Checkout. I will definitely return for a third time.

Extremely comfortable stay for me and my family. We went with my 9-month-old baby. Bruno and Gabriela provided cradle, the kitchen had all the utensils to cook for my family. Clean, comfortable location with a beautiful view of the balcony. This apartment is ideal for long stays and for those who appreciate comfort and privacy. The apartment is excellent, a wide roof with a great outdoor area, very sunny and ventilated. Designed for the beach, all equipped with washing machine, microwave, wifi, hairdryer, hairdryer, iron, kitchen and beach items. The communication was very good , fast, with clear information, checkin and check out flexible. It is close to the beach, about 10 minutes' walk, with a nearby market and a safe neighborhood. I hope to return!

The condominium where the apartment is located is extremely pleasant, has an indoor and heated pool, an outdoor pool, a market and a very beautiful common area. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, comfortable and clean. Enxoval available, as well as household utensils. Viviane was a great host, always helpful. It was a very pleasant stay and our pets felt comfortable.

A very magical space where you'll get some of the best sleep of your life. This is a community first space so there are other residents who are kind, non-intrusive and are mostly there to enjoy their solitude too. Great vista and paved part of the road so you can access easily by car, bike or on foot. This isn't a big land to walk around on though so plan to have little escapes planned if you're looking for activity. Aruna is more about rest and the view. Super close to incredible beaches, waterfalls, and other retreat centers.

Fabricio was a great host - we had a little difficulty gaining entrance to the complex on arrival but Fabricio responded immediately to questions and helped us to get sorted very quickly. He offered to come over to the complex to get us sorted! The property was very clean and bright and had all the equipment we needed for a very comfortable stay. It also had private access to the beach from the complex.

Awesome place with an unbeatable location! I stayed here for a month — the space was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly situated for a quick walk to the beach or short scooter ride to go to town. The host communicated quickly and clearly, making everything super easy. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Apartment exactly as shown in the photos, clean, everything well arranged, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too many rules for use, but these are condominium rules. As far as the host's responsibility is concerned, everything was excellent!

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, new and in great condition. In addition to the apartment, there is a swimming pool and sauna in the common area. The location is great, close to a pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets. Thiago is very responsive in messages and helped us with what we needed promptly.
