great house even without air conditioning it is very cool, this situation did not bother me. the beaches are not very busy but they are clean, a good strip of sand, the house itself corresponds to expectations, I recommend it to everyone.

Maicon and Lucineia were wonderful, they welcomed us with great kindness and care. I felt at home, gave us all the tips of markets, bakery, everything we needed they guided us. The house is wonderful and the super quiet place. We'll be back for sure.

I went with my wife and two kids for a week. The house is very beautiful, it was very well equipped and with everything working perfectly. The view from the house to Praia do Rosa is beautiful. Paulo quickly answered my questions and sent accurate information. We all enjoyed it very much and recommend it.

We were extremely pleased with this stay. Fernão was super attentive with us from the beginning, in addition to assisting us promptly when we need it. The house itself is fantastic, in addition to being super well located (safe and pleasant neighborhood, facing the sea literally), it is also super-equipped and with a very good tasteful decoration. Casa has everything needed, from great beds to all the kitchen utensils and barbecue, super safe and in addition to everything very spacious. We'll definitely be back soon !

The house is huge and super functional. Very, very comfortable and with quality touches. The rooms are very spacious and all have air conditioning. ALL the utensils were there, NOTHING was missing. I would say that there was more than enough, you could cook whatever you wanted..!!! On the days we were there it was very hot and humid, an air conditioner in the living-dining room would have been appreciated. We managed with fans anyway. A car repair would also have been useful, although this is common to the entire complex. Note that these last two paragraphs are suggestions and in no way tarnish the final score, which is 10/10. Very satisfied!!

It was one of our best experiences on Airbnb! The spectacular house cleaning, smells, great bedding, comfortable beds, distribution of the wonderful and super-equipped house. We were with baby and we had everything we needed, cradle, bathtub, pool without chlorine. Anyway, only compliments for this wonderful space a few meters from the beach. We'll be back for sure!! We have great days in the house, all very beautiful and organized, Luana Rudnei's wife Luana is extremely attentive and gentle, the house is close to the sea and also to many tourist beaches such as Guarda do Embau, quiet surroundings and easy access to markets and pharmacies. It was quiet days, we will definitely return.

The stay at Mrs. Elisete and Mr. Ernani was very nice and the hosts always very cordial and dear! Great pool, always clean. Beach and umbrella chairs are available, with a cart to take them that turns a table, literally a hand on the wheel. The house is super close to the beach, easily accessible, in a 5-minute walk. Super nice outdoor area. Our dog and our little daughter (3 years) enjoyed a lot.

The house has exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, very close to the beach and the region is very quiet, perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy peacefully. One of the highlights of the house was the leisure options — it had a ping-pong table and billiards, which ensured fun with the family, even on a rainy day. The structure of the house was in great condition, everything well organized and clean, exactly as in the listing photos. It was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back. I highly recommend it!

The stay at Roberta and David's house was excellent! We emphasize their hospitality, very kind to us at all times, attentive to all the needs we might have. They also recommended great places to visit and to eat. We emphasize that it had a beautiful view, the place is located in an area with a lot of nature and tranquility. As for the cleanliness, the house was spotless and has all the necessary cooking utensils. It's very close to the beach for walking, but it also has nearby trails that lead to quieter, more secluded places to spend the day. Although it is in a more remote area, it has restaurants, supermarkets and businesses just minutes away. We will definitely be back and stay longer!

Beautiful house, beautiful place, matches the description and photos, the rooms are actually larger and more comfortable than what you see in the photos. We went as a family, and there were many of us. We were super comfortable. The house is prepared with everything to receive a lot of people. The beach is just a few meters away, and the place is very quiet. Arnaldo welcomed us in an excellent manner and was always available for whatever we needed. Excellent place, we had a beautiful family vacation.

The house is wonderful, better than the description says. All luxury, very comfortable for large groups, in a very nice neighborhood and close to the beach. Andrea's antención is excellent, marvellous cuisine and made us feel at home. We'll be back anyways! 10/10

Janine was the perfect host! Her home was absolutely beautiful and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Janine allowed us to change our check in time the day we were due to arrive as we had a change in our plans which was very helpful as we were travelling with children! Language was no barrier for the communication which was amazing and we felt at home. There is everything you could ever need from a holiday home - including towels for the pool/beach, chairs and parasols for the beach and a few different toys/buckets and spades for the kids to use on the beach so we didn’t have to buy our own which was handy! The place was spotless and Janine arranged to have a cleaner come in midweek which was a lovely touch! We all enjoyed the balcony views which are incredible! If we are ever lucky enough to return to Floripa I hope we can stay in Janines beautiful home again :)
