Loft vacation rentals in State of Santa Catarina

Leia and Marcos were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were very welcoming, gave me a great introductory tour of the loft with lots of good recommendations, and they could not have been kinder. The loft itself was well appointed and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean. Lagoa is also an excellent neighborhood to stay, very safe and walkable with many good restaurants nearby. Thanks again!

I loved the stay! João was super helpful in everything we needed. The apartment is extremely cozy and complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and spacious, the condominium has a market, a gym... Everything is of excellent quality. The location is great, short distance to the lagoon, downtown.. I will definitely come back other times.

You can see the effort in the finishing details and hospitality of the host. The accommodation also has an important concern with waste separation, which we think is great! If you are looking for a quiet place, close to the gastronomic center of Jurerê and at the same time want to feel at home, we recommend that you book a few days at this accommodation.

Amazing place - clean and tidy with incredible views! Walking distance to Beira-mar Shopping and Beira-mar which was super convenient. Patio Milano literally downstairs has a wide variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. Rodrigo was responsive and always ready to help. Checking in was super smooth too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It's a great place. It's a very well-appointed studio. It looked a little bigger in the photos but it serves 2 people very well! Marina treated us very well too. I recommend it.

Stayed for a month in Floripa. The place was clean, well-located — close to the beach and everything useful. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. On arrival, she left a small gift and a handwritten note, which was a nice touch. Overall, a solid stay. Would recommend.
