Great hotel!

Espaço is great, just like the pictures. Very well located, it is a 10-minute walk to the centrinho and the Rosa beach. You don't need to take a car for anything at all. The pousada offers chairs and parasol, in addition to having a very good breakfast and impeccable room service. The employees are extremely friendly and polite, they make us feel at home. We will definitely go back again and again.

The stay was brief and in this short time we have already seen the whim of Erica and her team in this wonderful and cozy hotel. We loved the comfort and organization of the apartment, Erica was very kind and left us some treats in the fridge, we felt very good. The pools are very nice, it is ideal for walking with children there. Thank you for everything and we intend to return more often 🙏

The Apartment even better than we thought. Corresponde to the images, extremely clean and organized. Flexible checkin, password key, facilitating access… owner always responds fast and very attentive. Tasty pool and great environment especially for those with children. Near Beto carrero, we went on foot. Easy to access location. We regret not staying every day of the trip in Penha. We will definitely return!

The loft is beautiful. Super cozy and has all the necessary utensils. It's close to the beach and the lighthouse hill. The structure of the building is beautiful too. We love the stay and we will definitely be back.

The place has a unique structure with thermal pools, a Jacuzzi where even on rainy days we had the opportunity to enjoy a lot, a complete and new apartment, impeccable cleanliness and not to mention that Edson and his family were super attentive during our stay.

New building with good location, amazing apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the city in various environments. Very tasteful decor, well-equipped kitchen, everything clean and working perfectly, we felt right at home! They always responded to us very quickly and we even arrived a little earlier and the person in charge, Alexandre, promptly attended to us, which was very cool. We had an amazing weekend with our family and hope to return more often! Thanks for the stay, Maria Carolina!

The apartment was as described, and the location was excellent for us. Communication with the team was also super smooth. If we need to stay in Jaraguá again, we'll stay with Host Lopez's staff.

Strengths: Just like the listing, it has a barbecue, large and good sun guard, it's clean, comfortable. There were three of us, two adults and one child, and it was super peaceful. It's a quiet place. The host was super helpful and responded quickly. Negative points: The shower has little water, I think it's the plumbing. The ladder to get into bed is very narrow, but we managed to climb up sideways. We could have used one more stool to seat everyone at the table together. The internet was really bad. But despite that, the experience was great, we highly recommend it. We recommend taking the back container as it has more privacy. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable location, close to the center, close to the market, pharmacies and street that contains several bars and snack bars. The apartment contains everything needed for a short stay. The contact with those responsible is completely easy and agile, always available, this is a very important point. I will return when necessary, thank you!!

Great ap, really close to the beach, great restaurants nearby. Checkin check out excelente ! A little tip, the TV could be better, with a child it's always nice to have a TV. Jessica great. Would definitely come back.

The sleeping area was fantastic—super comfortable and ideal for a great night’s rest. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. A huge congratulations to Gerson for being such a wonderful host! He was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this place, and we’d definitely love to stay again!
