Excellent option in Urubici, a house alone on the land, right in the center, one block from the city's main avenue, close to the market, pharmacy and gas station. The house is practically new, everything is impeccable, I recommend it to everyone, the host responds quickly and is super attentive.

The house is new, beautiful, the rooms are very cozy and the showers are great. The kitchen and barbecue faucets are heated. The host Mr. Raimundo always responded quickly, we requested a few things that were not available in the house and he quickly provided them.

This accommodation is a unique experience! Everything was perfect and unforgettable. The hostess was always available, and our family was very well received, treated, pampered and respected at the same time with great discretion and giving us plenty of space and privacy. Everyone deserves to have this amazing experience we had, in a totally different, comfortable stay and in contact with nature. The bed is delicious, the bath is warm, the kitchen has everything we need. The outdoor movie nights, with a bonfire and barbecue, will not be forgotten, as well as the visit of the capybaras and the alligator!

The house is beautiful corresponds with the listing, personally even better, cozy, well-equipped, kitchen with all utensils and working appliances, bedrooms with fresh bedding and towels, working air conditioning, tidy and clean bathrooms. It was amazing vacation for me and my family.

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed

New apartment and building, with all leisure area available and facing the sea. They provide a blanket and all bed and bath linens. Close to Beto Carrero (approx. 20 min) and easy to access.

The experience in this apartment was amazing. Well located, airy, clean and organized apartment. Rafael was very helpful in his messages and helped us all the time.
