Everything was very good in our stay, the accommodation is as it is in the photos, very comfortable, has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, functional kitchen and barbecue. Clean, airy place with impeccable linen and bath. Condominium with excellent leisure infrastructure (pool, fitness center, playground, game room). Ana gave us all the support during the stay, always with quick and assertive responses! I recommend it.

All perfect with the apartment, great building, view of the amazing upper(attic) pool, the only thing that could justify an observation, would be the temperature of the pool, because due to the problems of the porters, on some days the heated pool was cold... But nothing can take the maximum score for this accommodation and for Valéria.

Impeccable House, identical with the listing. Hosts always prompt and quick to respond. The house contains all the utensils necessary for use, with a wonderful view and easy access to markets, bakeries, restaurants and very close to Campeche beach. It would surely come back!

I loved the stay! Apartment with everything clean and comfortable! Very nice shower. 24-hour gatehouse with many polite and requested porters! The building with very good structure, great pool, and the view of the balcony at sunset is beautiful! Very friendly and communicative Angelita, she gives great tips about the city! Loved it and will come back for sure!

We loved the stay! The apartment is very comfortable and with all needs covered, with private parking. In addition, the self-check-in allowed us to arrive calmly without schedules, since we had a very long trip with several stops, so this place is highly recommended for that service that very few have. We were happy with the other neighbors in the building who were very helpful and helped us from the moment we arrived. The area is very safe, minutes from all services, stores and restaurants, even for walking and enjoying the beautiful landscapes. We felt right at home, we'll definitely be back!!

Wonderful days in Florianópolis. Rafael is a great host, polite, proactive and very kind. It was one of the best experiences on Airbnb, the space is very comfortable, quiet, clean and fragrant, it is located right in the center, close to several shops and restaurants, with emphasis on the gastronomic hub of Armazém Maria Rita and Top Market. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms and is very well decorated, we really feel at home. You can do a lot of things on foot. It's definitely my favorite place in Florianópolis!!!

Great location in a secure and maintained residence. Direct access to surfers' beach is a plus as well as the pool. You can park the car at the foot of the apartment, which is very convenient. We also have access to beach gear (chairs, bodyboard boards). The bedding is excellent and it is very quiet for sleeping.

Apartment exactly as photos, super clean, family condominium and very safe. Excellent location, close to market, pharmacy, restaurants (walking distance), and of course, the beach. We loved the holiday, communication with Thiago was also great.

Amazing stay in Campeche - we loved the pool, spa and gym! Very comfortable place with a well stocked kitchen and easy parking. We would stay again!

It was a good experience! We were a group of 6 and the space complied with absolutely everything necessary to make us feel comfortable and enjoy to the fullest. We had a wonderful stay at this unique and special place. Great hosts, easy to communicate with. Adriana was very friendly, and told us about the architecture of the house. She also let their two super nice dogs come over to play with my daughter. Great place to relax, plenty of outdoor space, and a cozy, magical indoor space.
