Everything was very good in our stay, the accommodation is as it is in the photos, very comfortable, has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, functional kitchen and barbecue. Clean, airy place with impeccable linen and bath. Condominium with excellent leisure infrastructure (pool, fitness center, playground, game room). Ana gave us all the support during the stay, always with quick and assertive responses! I recommend it.

All perfect with the apartment, great building, view of the amazing upper(attic) pool, the only thing that could justify an observation, would be the temperature of the pool, because due to the problems of the porters, on some days the heated pool was cold... But nothing can take the maximum score for this accommodation and for Valéria.

The apartment is as described. Comfortable, quiet location and condominium with infrastructure. It has a full kitchen and sleeps 04 people well. We only had difficulty with the wifi network that was slow and didn't even load the Netflix app. Overall, the stay was a good one.

I loved the stay! Apartment with everything clean and comfortable! Very nice shower. 24-hour gatehouse with many polite and requested porters! The building with very good structure, great pool, and the view of the balcony at sunset is beautiful! Very friendly and communicative Angelita, she gives great tips about the city! Loved it and will come back for sure!

Wonderful days in Florianópolis. Rafael is a great host, polite, proactive and very kind. It was one of the best experiences on Airbnb, the space is very comfortable, quiet, clean and fragrant, it is located right in the center, close to several shops and restaurants, with emphasis on the gastronomic hub of Armazém Maria Rita and Top Market. It has air-conditioning in all the rooms and is very well decorated, we really feel at home. You can do a lot of things on foot. It's definitely my favorite place in Florianópolis!!!

Great location in a secure and maintained residence. Direct access to surfers' beach is a plus as well as the pool. You can park the car at the foot of the apartment, which is very convenient. We also have access to beach gear (chairs, bodyboard boards). The bedding is excellent and it is very quiet for sleeping.

Apartment exactly as photos, super clean, family condominium and very safe. Excellent location, close to market, pharmacy, restaurants (walking distance), and of course, the beach. We loved the holiday, communication with Thiago was also great.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Everything there for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very good; the washing machine had broken down previously and they organsied to have our clothing washed by an external laundry 👍 Location is very good, close to the beach, cafés, restaurantes and bakeries.

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. We experienced days that will remain forever in our memory and heart! The house is spectacular in every detail... architecture, decor, nature! I recommend a yoga class in the garden! We did it with the teachers of Yoga Body and Mind in Ibira, who came to us and provided a moment of incredible connection in this breathtaking setting. We took care to enjoy each of the spaces, making the most of this paradiseeeeeee:) The beds and bed linens are delicious!!!!!!!!!!! A 5-star hotel. Cida also welcomed us very warmly, she is a sweetheart. We only have to thank you! We will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends and family.
