I just loved this place. We plaid tennis, table tennis, pool and table football an walked a lot in nearby mountins.

Our stay was very pleasant. Silvia and her husband greeted us upon arrival with us all the instructions and things to do there. We were surprised with two Easter monkeys for my girls and a burnt bread that was delicious!!! Hosts out of ten! We felt at home and it made us a wonderful climate. The house is in a beautiful area, close to the sea and in the mountains. Ideal to spend a few days as a family and enjoy Moraira. Thank you Silvia!!!

it was a great place at Bienvenido. very quiet place, where you don't bother anyone! we all found a good and beautiful restful place, where you can go with your family or friends and enjoy nature! we were allowed to stay until 6 pm from the host. definitely recommend.

Everything was perfect, Eduardo has been very kind and attentive. The stay was great and the villa was very careful, with a lot of detail and everything you need to spend wonderful relaxing days. Highly recommended. I would definitely repeat.

We had a really lovely stay at Maria's house. Maria was really accommodating with our late arrival and late check out which was so kind. Maria was very responsive and always available for questions. The beach is only a 10 min walk and there are some shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. There is a cupboard with games and kids toys which was very useful and thoughtful. Overall we had a really wonderful stay here! Thank you :) A few things to note: - The garden and pool are shared with another house, there is a private dining area outside which is a really nice space and gives you some privacy if the pool is in use. - There are no pool/beach towels provided, so make sure to pack your own! - There is no BBQ use allowed unfortunately. - The third bedroom (sofa and single bed) is actually attached to the main bedroom (double bed and cot), and there is no door/privacy between these two rooms - it's OK for parents and kids but a bit difficult if sharing with couples/other adults.

My wife and I stayed at Jessica’s for three weeks in May 25 and had a brilliant time. The house was great for what we needed. Lovely welcome pack of fresh produce when we arrived which was very much appreciated. Support and communication from Jessica was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

House, area, facilities and spectacular home, place to go to everything, both to rest and to go to enjoy a good end with friends, everything is in perfect condition and of good quality, thank you very much for everything, I'm sure we'll be back!!

We were a family group of nine, including three children. Pablo’s villa was ideal for what we wanted. The place was very clean on arrival and bedrooms perfect for our group. Pablo had been very responsive through the process, always answering any queries promptly and the added bonus was meeting him when he came midweek to do the pool. Such a lovely person. The pool was certainly well used as its heated and the sea was somewhat chilly at the time of year (April). Everything was as described when we booked, and linen etc was very clean. The Kitchen was well equipped with all that was needed to cook meals for our party. All in all the Villa was a marvellous place to stay especially for a family group, and we’d love to go back again sometime.

The house is fantastic, the pool and play area for the kids in the garden are perfect for the little ones, the house is very comfortable and with very nice sea views. It has many different living areas and all of them very well cared for. The owners were very friendly and communicative. We were very comfortable. It is a 100% recommended accommodation.

We went to celebrate my birthday and we were all delighted! Good location and very peaceful environment. We had everything we needed for the weekend, from services like the barbecue to bath towels! Jose Manuel is very friendly and attentive! We will definitely be coming back and recommend it!

Very spacious house and with many amenities, air conditioning, TV in the rooms, washing machine, dryer,... Large swimming pool and fantastic Jacuzzi. This is a great house for large families.

We had a pleasant stay at Maria's house. It's big enough for 12 people with spaces for each . The landscape and the outdoor kitchen are a real plus. However, we regret the lack of black-out shutters in the upper bedroom as well as air conditioning in the ground floor rooms. Maria is a pleasant and very responsive host.

Our days staying at this villa were fantastic!! Take care of every corner of the house, impeccable cleanliness and order and a spectacular terrace. I would repeat this stay without any hesitation.

Journey undertaken to celebrate a 90th birthday with a party of 10 + infant ! Our host (Jose) was sensitive and responsive to any request both before , during and after our stay. The facilities provided allowed us to relax and recharge our batteries despite it being an emotional occasion. The town of Javea itself is only a short distance away and offers a superb beach and numerous restaurants of all kinds to tempt any palate and includes a local well stocked Supermarket should one choose to eat at home, all set in lovely surroundings. There are local taxi services available although a hire car would allow exploration further afield. Would DEFINITELY recommend a stay here at ‘Villa Senna’ without any reservations whatsoever !

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Sarah's Villa and it was magnificent. The villa matches the description and is extremely clean and equipped. Sarah was exceptional in resolving our needs on the fly. Highly recommend

The house is just as shown in the photos. Very well maintained, comfortable and beautiful. The beachfront location is unbeatable. You can walk to good restaurants and there are supermarkets a few minutes away by car. The outdoor area with the barbecue and lawn area is also very nice. The beach is very long and you can take long walks. Highly recommended to spend a few days with friends or family.

Our stay at the house was fantastic. The house is super comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation: it has two spacious living rooms, full kitchens, games for children and very comfortable sofas. But what surprised us the most were the beds and pillows, completely new and very comfortable, something unusual in a vacation rental. The owner's attention was excellent from the first moment, providing us with useful information about the area and all the details of the house. He was always attentive and available for any questions. In addition, he was kind enough to immediately send us some AirPods that we forgot in the house, which shows his great attention and kindness. Definitely a fantastic house that we'd love to return to.

Raul and Desiré were phenomenal with us, super attentive at the time of communication made the arrival feel perfect even though we made the reservation just 2 days in advance! The chalet is an authentic wonder, super well equipped and decorated, with a splendid view from both the balcony and the rooms. The ideal destination to spend a few days on the beach, there is a very cool chiringuito next to the beach (ideal for afternoon).

The accommodation is impeccable and just like the photos. The location is great. Alvaro, charming. All 10.
