Great time at a great place. Everything was fine and the contact with Inge seamless and perfect.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

The place was just great! It looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Everything was prepared and clean upon our arrival. The pool and outdoor kitchen are a real highlight. The sea can be reached in 2 minutes, and there are numerous good restaurants on the promenade. Malin's housekeeper was always available and had good tips for the area. Perfect for groups, each bedroom has its own bathroom. We felt right at home.

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

We liked our week in Elia's house very much. It is a beautiful house that is equipped with all comforts with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. The area is quiet and invites you to walk. Contact with Elia went very smoothly. Before the arrival there were very clear instructions about the house and the area. The communication was always clear and smooth and the hospitality and care was great. It is clear that they have an eye for details and that they care about their hospitality. Recommended!

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

A fantastic house with the most beautiful view over the valley and the village of Parcent. The house has a lovely swimming pool!! Everything is super clean and equipped with all the comforts. We will definitely go back again:)

We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

You truly cannot beat this location! It was steps to the beach, has parking and is very well equipped. The house is comfortable for 5 to 6 people and there are plenty of areas around the house and on the roof terrace to find your quiet space. The roof terrace is definitely the "piece de resistance". The best place to watch the sunrise and sunset, beautiful yoga/meditation sessions, morning coffee and/or evening drinks. The small patio on the far side of the house with a hammock is also a tranquil getaway. Perfect for an afternoon siesta. Laura was an amazing co-host and was above and beyond responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Beautiful place, we had the best weekend.

Great property in a quiet neighborhood. The host has answered all questions and provided quick, good and accurate information before and during the stay. The outdoor area was frequently used, with a great pool (can be heated) that is maintained and cleaned. We were happy with the bedrooms, but would have liked to have air conditioning in all rooms (two of the four bedrooms had only a fan with cooling possibilities). This was meanwhile solved by sleeping with the door open, and is not considered a problem. We were all very pleased, thank you for your visit!

It is a beautiful villa, exceptional bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely outside area and stunning swimming pool and the villa had the wow factor with the view! Unreal! Vanessa was amazing prior to arriving in Spain and was equally active in helping us have the perfect holiday. 10/10 in everything she did. The only slight draw back for villa Limonera was the fact it’s near on impossible to walk anywhere in the day heat, you really are at the very top! But if you want wow…this villa has it all over!

Had a wonderful holiday in this spacious and bright house with an absolutely breathtaking view. Coffee in the morning with this view… great! The house is located in quiet and private, on a very spacious plot. Due to the location, you definitely need the car to go to shops and restaurants, but we knew that and we enjoyed it. The airconditioners in the bedrooms work very well, wonderful in the warm and humid summer nights. The owners are very kind and quick to respond, check in supereasy.

We were 4 couples with small children 0-2 years old. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were attentive to us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

A lovely place high up the mountain with a view onto Javea Valley. Adam and Neil were very helpful - also guiding us to the location itself. Recommended place to stay for Javea.

Great location. Beautiful views. The sound of the ocean is the most relaxing and one of the wonderful feature this home has. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

It was fantastic in one word. Even more beautiful than in the photos and very clean! Stefanie responded immediately, she was very sweet and involved! Rental car is a must! We plan to come back here more often!
