Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to the Stuttgart trade fair/airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Right on the A 8 with its own garage. If you want to go shopping, you will find all the shops, grocery store, organic shop, bank, pharmacy and drugstore within walking distance. Within 15 minutes' walk, you can reach a forest and hiking area.

The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. We had a great stay at Tomm’s apartment. Communication was fantastic and we found and accessed the accommodation easily. When we arrived , the apartment was very clean and tidy and is very well equipped if you want to self cater. We spent most of the time at Europa park- ideally situated at the bottom of the road (no traffic due to Europa’s car parks being located elsewhere). It is an ideal place to come back to for a comfy sleep at the end of a long day.

We loved this space from the minute we checked in. Eveything in the apartment is clean and tidy, and we appreciated the heated floors. Although on the smaller side, this apartment offered everything we needed and more. We shall definitely consider booking it again should we return to Gengenbach one day!

The instructions were very good, so we found everything quickly on arrival. Not everything was perfect - and Michael fixed it right away. We did not test the sauna. The bath linen is nice and soft, better than at home. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. The radio, which had to serve as a Bluetooth speaker, has a good sound. TV not tested. The kitchen is functionally furnished and well equipped. When we return to the region, I'll knock here first!!!
