Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Freiburg

We had a wonderful time with Daniel and Martin. Everything was perfect - and so we could fully enjoy our little break from the first minute of our arrival. A cozy home with fireplace, sauna, a nice little garden and a great view, a beautiful landscape and hiking trails right outside the front door. The apartment has everything it needs to feel at home immediately. Everything is very tasteful and very lovingly furnished, everything is very clean and well maintained. A big thank you to Martin and Daniel for the uncomplicated communication, the very warm welcome and the many useful pieces of information and tips. A big thank you but also for the very delicious stone oven bread. This is pure hospitality! We are very much looking forward to our next visit with Martin and Daniel, two wonderful hosts.

The cabin has a perfect location! The detached house is bright, stylishly furnished, very tidy and absolutely clean. Everything went totally straightforward – from booking to communication to check-in and check-out. Tobi, the host, is not only extremely helpful, but also gives great tips for activities in the surrounding area. The outdoor area is a highlight: ideal for making a fire in the evening, barbecuing or simply enjoying the tranquility. We will be happy to come back!

Even before the start of our trip, we had such a friendly contact with Petra and Roger. Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. The place is a dream, clean, beautifully decorated, with plenty of privacy and with everything your heart desires🙏❤. The location is perfect, with many possibilities for excursions (Wutach Gorge, Schluchsee, Rhine Falls, Titisee, Lake Constance, Zurich and much more). A perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and still be able to see a lot. Last but not least, Petra and Roger are perfect, 😍loving hosts who were always available and provided valuable tips. Simply 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for everyone and everything👍🙏. We had a wonderful time🙏... The place is large, bright, even prettier in person than in the pictures. The kitchen is very nice and open to the dining area and living room. The bathroom is very large and functional. Our dogs really enjoyed the fenced garden. Peaceful environment, forest accessible on foot and good starting point by car for getaways in the Black Forest. Walter was very responsive to our questions. The only thing to improve would perhaps be to have access to a washing machine for long stays and a welcome booklet.

A spacious and very nicely furnished apartment. Everything you need is there. The apartment is quiet, cozy and warm. A great extra point are the books, for all ages, as well as the many toys. The beds are comfortable, the workspace is also good. Highly recommended for families, you feel like home and not like in a cold apartment.

This place is highly recommended, especially with a dog. You are right in nature, and can take beautiful walks.

We had a lovely weekend. Very well located accommodation, quiet and relaxing place and close to beautiful hikes, And what a beautiful view of the valley!! A little extra for the pool available:) Looking forward to coming back!:)

Wonderful place and very friendly hosts. We were there as a family with a toddler and schoolchild and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. We will be happy to come back and thank you very much for everything!

We came to spend two nights at Thomas and Catharina's because we booked Friday at Europapark. The apartment is very nice, everything is very clean and the hosts are lovely. We talked a lot with Thomas who gave us good places to eat, he even drove us to the park! You can trust them without a second thought. We'll be happy to see them again if we return to the area. The place met my expectations. The condo is well equipped. The area is very nice, you are immediately in nature. There are lots of hiking and excursion destinations. The Kneipp pool within walking distance of the house was my personal highlight. Jacky is a great hostess, courteous, helpful and easily accessible. I will be happy to come back.

The goal was to relax in nature with friends. This was completely done in Saskia's hut. Located in a beautiful setting and easily accessible. Very authentically decorated and nice and primitive, but with plenty of facilities. Definitely recommended.

It was a good stay, a perfect base to see the Bodensee, Schaffhausen and other nice places. The house was simple, but fine! Everything you need is there.

We spend the Easter weekend with our dog at Elias’s beautiful cabin and had one of the most memorable stays on our trip trough the Black Forest region. Elias gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home from the moment we entered their little world. The place is perfect to relax, lay in the garden, walks in the forest, sweating in the sauna or just a cosy dinner in the wooden cabin. As we are writing this review, we already miss the place, we hope to be back another time. With love BJ

Super nice reception by the hostess who happened to be there. The place has retained the charm of the old railway station post office. Everything you need is there. The small garden is fenced, which is great with a dog. Despite the train station, it is very quiet. You can hardly hear the few trains. The stairs up are really steep, but doable with the railing/light. Restaurants, bakery and shopping within walking distance. You can start hiking directly from the accommodation. Bus and train accordingly right around the corner, so you can get anywhere very quickly. We were very pleased :)

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this lovely cabin. The cabin has everything you need and the surrounding is just amazing. There is plenty to do in the area. The Allerheiligen waterfall is worth a visit (the car ride to it is already amazing). If you are travelling with an (anxious) dog, this is the place to be. Our dog always struggles with unknown places and can’t settle down. But he absolutely enjoyed his time here! All the freedom to run around and so peaceful and quiet that he slept like a baby ;) And the host, Anja, is great with dogs. We will be back ☺️
