Apartment vacation rentals in Fort Walton Beach

My hubby and I planned a long-weekend getaway and had never been to the 30A area- now we can’t wait to come back! This spot was ideally located with walkability to everything- charming and friendly area- we loved seeing the families and kids riding bikes everywhere- it felt wholesome! The condo was ideal and Bill and Kim were so helpful and responsive with any questions we had! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

BEAUTIFUL condo with second to none views of the Gulf. Unit was clean, comfy, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Alex is a wonderful host. 10/10 recommend booking.

My husband, dog, and I spent a week here and loved every minute of it! Carillon Beach is absolutely beautiful, the pools are amazing, and community is lovely. We loved being close to 30a and hopping around all the beach towns in the evenings, as well as being near pier park for our dog :) The unit is exactly what is pictured and had ample space for us. Seriously our dream vacation, we will 1000000% be back!

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay here - peaceful beach, very comfortable condo and had everything we needed. Ashley was incredibly attentive and quick to respond.

We only stayed one night, but everything was great. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and a nice bathroom design with separate sink section. Great for easy access to local beaches too

We had a great time in Panama for Spring Break. The balcony with the view of a lake was nice. The pool was walking distance. I felt like I was at home. All of the grocery stores were walking distance.

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

Great place to stay, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

The value for the price is absolutely incredible. Well, kept property, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining room table and a comfy TV sitting area. We could’ve stayed longer, but I had to leave for work. We would 1000% recommend this space. It’s easy to get to downtown and the beach. But you don’t even really need to leave because the pool is awesome.

Dan’s place is clean, quiet and had everything anyone would need to enjoy staying in Fort Walton Beach. We would recommend his place because he thought of everything to make it a great experience. A 5 star host.!!

The place was just what we needed to get away from Art was attentive if we need anything and gave us daily reminders I would definitely stay here again not to far from all your main attractions and 30 min drive if your wanting to go more out In Florida which wasn’t bad at all !!! Thanks Art

Scott and his was very friendly welcomimg and accommodating. The location was very quiet and peaceful and was close to everything we did. This little abode will make you feel at home.

Me & my girlfriend loved our stay here. Cindy was very kind, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space and a good drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. My favorite part was the binder of information and recommendations as well as the gift from Cynthia.

Here's a revised version of your review: Ed was an exceptional host! He was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we were promised. My partner and I appreciated the check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also perfect, with Narrare Beach just a 7-10 minute drive away. Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most convenient Airbnb experiences we've had!

Melodie’s place was CLEAN. It was perfect for my husband and me. It was just as described, and Melodie has added extras for your convenience such as coffee pods, snacks, phone charging ports & many toiletries. She is a great host with good communication skills. Thanks for hosting us!
